Great all inclusive family hotel, with kids activities all day long
Pros:

The location is very nice and quiet. Great kids club with activities all day long. The dinner buffet options were very nice and not repetitive-we stayed for three nights. We will definitely come back.

Cons:

I had an appointment at the Spa for a massage and there was no personnel available at the reception. One of the receptionist kindly showed me around but I would have expected the spa reception to be staffed during the day.
There were a lot of flies near the food in the dining area. This is very unusual for a 5-star hotel and I would have expected management to have sorted out the issue, as I have seen other reviews mentioning it as well.

Super tolles Pfingstwochenende!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung des Hotels, das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war aussergewöhnlich gut. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel,sehr sauber,sehr freundluches Personal und sehr gutes Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen

Cons:

Check in und Mittagessen mit Anstehen verbunden und suboptimal organisiert. Lobby,Aufenthaltsbereich sehr gefüllt und eher laut auch die Kinderprogramne überbucht mit zu vielen Kindern. Spa und Wellnessangebote komplett ausgebucht und nucht online buchbar
