Pros:

Nos encantó la atención, el personal excepcional, amable, dispuestos, Leslie, Fernando, Dominga, agradecemos su atención, sonrisa y buena disposición. Rico y contundente desayuno, habitación impecable, bonito el hotel.

Cons:

Nada que no me gustara, tal vez algunos pasajeros prepotentes y de mal trato al personal.

Cons:

La calidad de aislacion horrrible y el desayuno una falta de respeto. Es una burla cobrar esto si te va despertar la conversacion de los empleados y el sonido del desayuno. Precaria aislación se escucha literal Todo. Desayuno una burla para un 4 estrellas supuestamente.

El lugar muy bien cuidado, buena ubicacion, piezas ricas, todo limpio, personal (en general) muy amable y desayuno rico

Cons:

Nos cancelaron la reserva por mensaje con me os de 24 horas de anticipacion, indicando un “imprevisto por sobreagendamiento”. Luego de varias comunicackones (todas por nuestra parte), logramls que nos dieran al menos una pieza de las dos que habiamos reservados. No fueron nada proactivos en buscar una solucion, ni intentaron comunicarse con nosotros. Tampoco pidieron disculpas: nos dijeron que era responsabilidad nuestra por agendar a traves de booking. Booking no nos ayudo y el hotel tampoco ofrecio ningun tipo de compensacion. Esto ocurrio un fin de semana largo, durante el desierto florido, y no habia ningun lugar donde quedarse. Nosotros viajabamos con 4 niños (el menor de solo 1 año), por ll que habiamos llamado el dia anterior, antes de salir de Santiago, para confirmar nuestras piezas y el hotel habia confirmado por telefono.

Nada que ver con las fotos … un laberinto incómodo, la pieza reservada no tenía ni ventana … no nos quedamos en el hotel, preferimos perder la plata

Hotel pequeño , acogedor , buenas instalaciones , y muy buen desayuno .
Pros:

Un hotel pequeño , muy limpio y acogedor . En una zona tranquila .
Algunas habitaciones daban a un patio de circulación y no se podían subir las cortinas . Pero fuera de eso nos gustó mucho el lugar .
