Excellent, unique charming property. Highly recommend.
Pros:

It was super cute and they thought of everything. A deluxe continental breakfast was delivered every morning to your door. There’s also a great outdoor area to spend time in. They have a fire pit and you can purchase a s’mores kit. Walkable to the ocean, coffee shops, ice cream, and a very nice restaurant. Staff were super nice.

Cons:

Nothing

Beautiful cottage in walking range of beach and cute shops.
Pros:

The place is about 15 minutes walking distance from a public access beach, and the beach is gorgeous (soft, small grain sand, barely any debris but lots of non-harmful jellyfish). It is also right next to a bakery and a coffee shop. It was a great base for us while we explored Astoria and the coast. We did have an incident where we couldn't get into our original room (got a king in the back of the complex) but our customer service rep was responsive, got on the phone with us to troubleshoot and then also got us into another room as soon as she was able. I would say the service was amazing because we also found out that everyone gets a basket for free of breakfast items. Got two donuts, two bagels, two fruits and two juices. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. The bathroom was comfortable for use and they have a fridge and microwave which was handy for our trip. It was such an amazing stay!

Cons:

We weren't sure how to work the AC. We came in the summer during a slight heat wave, and we would tinker with the panel but saw no difference. We ended up having to open windows at dusk and hope it cooled down the place, which it kinda did but not enough to be super comfortable for sleeping.

Sweet spot with free bikes and breakfast!
Pros:

Loved the access to bikes and the location was lovely. Staff was kind and breakfast was a nice treat! I left a book behind accidentally and they were very thoughtful about mailing it back to me.

Cons:

Staff could be be difficult to locate at times and seemed to be pulled in several directions. Check in procedures were a little unclear and confusing, but felt like everyone was making effort to communicate.

Pros:

The garage with bikes and beach chairs was awesome!

Cons:

the blinds don’t block light so it was streaming in hitting our faces in the morning and the people walking around outside in the morning on the gravel is really loud.

Pros:

The suite we stayed in was super cute. I appreciated that we had a full kitchen. The staff was kind and thoughtful. I think my favorite part was its proximity to the beach and bakery/dining/market option. It is in an area quiet enough and far enough from the hustle and bustle of busier Seaside, but close enough to grocery stores and busier parts of town.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

Wonderful stay in Gearhart
Pros:

Location is excellent, very quiet and short proximity to the beach. The room and decor is lovely, super comfortable too. Staff are also very helpful, they had the option for a romance package which was a great surprise for my partner.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more variety, it was just muffins and juice, although there is a nice coffee shop and bakery nearby.

Cute place. Needs a better management.
Pros:

I like the set up.

Cons:

One of the smoke detectors needed batteries and the staff didn’t replaced it while we were there. While riding the bicycles provided by the hotel, one of the pedals fell off in the middle of our ride. The hotel was 40 minutes walking. We called the hotel for help. But they said they couldn’t help us. We had to stop by a bike shop to repair the pedal. I’m still waiting for my booking charge to be refunded since they charged me through booking and through the hotel website.

8-10 would definitely come again
Pros:

It was super cute kinda hidden away for all the noise. We didn’t get to use the bikes or anything in the back patio area due to constant rain but we loved it

Cons:

Never once got house keeping so we never came back to anything cleaned or changed, we had to leave a DG bag full of trash due to no one coming
