Großes, top ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage mit tollem Gym, Dachterrasse und aufmerksamem Service.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist groß, ruhig und liegt äußerst zentral in Washington, D.C. – mit perfekter Anbindung an die Metro sowie an die Fahrradsharing-Infrastruktur. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und alles Weitere, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht, sind vorhanden.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gut ausgestattete Gym, das fast das Niveau eines öffentlichen Fitnessstudios erreicht, sowie die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Tischtennis und Grills. Auch der Service war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Très bon séjour, je recommande
Pros:

L’appartement est grand & fonctionnel, rien à redire, il y a même une machine à laver et un sèche linge (pratique sur des longs voyages) à 20 minutes à pieds du capitol et 2 min du Navy Yard Ballpark. Pas mal de resto/ fast food autour, et quartier agréable. Je recommande ! Station de métro aux pieds de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Starbucks was a couple of blocks, as was a Harris Teeter grocery and many choices of restaurants. Also the Metro was a block away. A safe place to walk in the morning. Gym and social place to meet on the second floor.

Pros:

Convenient to Metro and a short walk to Whole Foods for groceries. We didn't use the roof space, but we looked at it on our last night and would definitely use it next time!

Cons:

There was nothing memorable that we didn't like.

Unfortunate that the host experience was so poor

Cons:

Host stated a terrace was included in both the description and in pictures, however upon checking in, it was discovered that the listing did not include a terrace. Tried contacting host 4 separate times, 3 of the times trying to address this matter. I never received a response.

Front desk and security really nice and helpful,, building was very nice

Cons:

Parking was expensive it say $55 on booking but desk charge me $65

Very comfortable and convenient apartment in a good location in DC
Pros:

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was a technical issue which put us in a studio the first night. The bed in that room was very worn and kept rolling into my partner. But to be fair they upgraded us so the rest of the stay was great.
