Great for family visit. Not good for business trips.
Pros:

Nice property.

Cons:

The CoWork center is a joke. A huge closet with tables and no printer. (Both times I went there no one was using it.). Not having a guest-accessible printer on the property is large oversight by management.

Great, spacious apartment style rooms and convenient location!
Pros:

I actually live nearby in DC and needed a place to stay in-between my home sale and my new home. I was able to book this place on short notice. The rooms are apartments, so it felt roomy and had all the amenities of a home. The staff was awesome and friendly! I was able to easily walk to transit nearby. Metro was 2 minutes away. Added bonus I was able to get late-night grubhub conveniently with no delivery fee!

Pros:

Great location near the ballpark. Lots of food nearby. Very convenient

Cons:

Would've been nice to get the towels & wash rags that we asked for 3 times.

Great location, balcony overlooking town was a plus. We had a 2 bedroom. Wish parking was included

Very new, clean and safe

Cons:

The parking was terrible. We were only able to get in their paid parking deck for one night and were going to have to leave my blocks away for the second night.
When booking your room, you should get priority to the deck.

Ended up leaving a night early due to horrible parking.

It was very good and I would stay their again.
Pros:

The location was excellent close walk to metro and other amenities were in walking distance. the staff were all excellent and being I'm 74 and my first visit to DC they were extremely helpful.

Cons:

I was given four Pillows and none of them were hard just my preference.

Highly recommend Coda on Half. Great location, great apartments!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Coda on half. Its a little away from the Mall and the main tourist attractions, but all still walkable. The area feels much more relaxed and a bit more authentically local. There are loads of great restaurants and bars within a short walk of the apartments. Everything in the room was great, well equipped and decorated. Very clean. No complaints at all.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Was perfect for what I was looking for for a couple of day stay to explore the city!

Wish we could have stayed longer!!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to assist us. Professional and approachable. Fabolous apartment.

Cons:

I received several emails prior to arrival, telling me to download to Door app, and to create an account to be able to gain access the door code and another saying 24 hours before arrival I'd be contacted again ...unnecessary and not needed. The lovely reception staff let us in and gave us a physical door key. So maybe do away with this part of the process if its not required?

Exceptional. Staff extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Pros:

The facilities in the apartment/room were invaluable and unusual to have free access to our own washer/dryer.

Well equipped kitchen and a good size room.

Access to the roof top (penthouse) facility was great and a lovely place to chill.

Cons:

Nothing it was exceptional
