Muy buen hotel!
Pros:

La habitación es amplia y limpia, con muy buenas vistas! El personal siempre super atento a nosotros. La piscina infinito es muy chula y tranquila.

Cons:

Poca variación de comida en el bufet libre (almuerzo y cena) y la majoria de comida picaba bastante

Cons:

Уборка номера так себе , просто подметают , а так же был инцидент с грязными подушками , но персонал решил быстро! Не дают тапочки для комнаты !

Det var litt mye støy utenfor pga diverse byggeprosjekter. Det kan jo ikke hotellet noe for, men det var nesten umulig å benytte verandaen pga gravemaskin og lastebil som jobbet kontinuerlig.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle. Dies wird jedoch weder bei der Ankunft noch vorher Kommuniziert. Wir wurden um 07:30 Uhr mit Bohren und Hämmern DIREKT hinter unserem Bett geweckt. Da sich direkt in der Dusche ein Fenster befindet ist Duschen abends nach dem Strand auch schwierig, da hier die Bauarbeiter immer auf dem Gerüst vorbei laufen. Wäsche kann man auf dem Balkon auch nicht richtig trocknen, da 1. viel zu wenig Möglichkeiten bestehen etwas aufzuhängen und 2. durch die Baustelle alles innerhalb von Sekunden staubig ist. Das Zimmer selbst würde aber einmal ein makeover benötigen. Aus dem Waschbecken tropft unten das Wasser auf den Boden, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mit flecken übersehen, die Schranktür hängt auch auf halb 8 und die Tapete fällt halb von der Wand ab. Im Bad sind die Fugen auch voller Schimmel.
Nach Rückfrage um einen Nachlass wegen der Baustelle über Booking konnte keine Einigung erziehlt werden, weshalb wir von Booking selbst ein paar Euro zurück erhielten. Schade aber das Trübt das ganze natürlich, keiner will von so etwas im Urlaub früh morgens aus dem Schlaf gerissen werden.

Pros:

Everyone here is very friendly and kind. The staff, especially Atlamas, helped my child get his food every time. Since my child only eats blended food, he was always very caring and attentive to our needs.

I am very happy with the service we received throughout our stay. The place is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely come back again.
