Pros:

El personal fue amable y el servicio excelente, la habitación cumplía con mis requerimientos y su ubicación nada complicada, las instalaciones son amplias, limpias y acogedoras, no alcanzamos a visitar el museo espero la próxima ocasión.

Wunderschöne und spezielle Anlage in einer ehemaligen Zuckerrohr-Fabrik. Parkplätze vorhanden und im Hotel selber kann man gut essen. Das Hotel liegt abseits von Zentrum, haben wir aber bewusst so gewählt.

Cons:

In dieser Nacht war das Hotel primär mit Studierenden gefüllt, welche leider nachts eher laut waren. Ansonsten ist die Lage allerdings ruhig.

Beautiful grounds, peaceful surroundings
Pros:

We needed a place to stay for one night while traveling through San Luis Potosi and El Molino was an excellent choice. The grounds are manicured, the onsite restaurant had a simple but nice menu, and the room was more than adequate. We did not use the pool, but it looked like a nice place to relax. We stayed on a weekday so the place was pretty empty. I imagine on the weekend or holidays it is filled with families, so take that into consideration if that is a concern to you.

Cons:

Only negative comment is that the price seemed rather high compared to the numerous places we've stayed in Mexico, but we knew that when we made the reservation. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay there.
