It was awesome
Pros:

The Location of the hotel was pretty good. The staff were really nice and accommodating and some spoke a little English so check in wasn’t difficult at all. I apologized to the staff for putting up with a foreigner that barely understands Japanese cause i felt bad but they were awesome. The room was cool too and clean whenever i left and came back the room was clean again with fresh towels and little free snack. i also used the laundry before i left and those were good too. Breakfast was good too they had some western style stuff and mostly Japanese dishes.

Cons:

i didn’t like not knowing what all the food were during breakfast. Everything was labeled in english but i mean mean i didn’t know if i would like some of the stuff that was out and i didn’t want to bother the staff. that’s not on the staff or the hotel but more on me not knowing what Japanese foods were and my Japanese. next time i’ll study more Japanese so i can try all the food

期待而来，满意而归
Pros:

早餐美味，比奈良略差一点的是水果，其他都很好，尤其是所在位置交通便利，搭乘电车非常方便；比邻中之岛，距离大阪城也不远；周边餐饮购物等都很多选择！

Cons:

服务人员不如奈良热情周到，略有一点大都市的藏起来一点又不能完全遮蔽的小小“傲慢”。当然并没有多么让人不适，只是一点感觉而已。

Great hotel! We had a lovely stay <3
Pros:

A cozy Japanese style hotel, perfect if you want something different with a relaxing atmosphere, but not spend a fortune for a ryokan. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot spring, and I want to give a special mention for the sauna, it was very good! The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Also the evening ramen was tasty. Great location, right next to the metro and just a couple stops away from Shin-Osaka. Customer service was also very good, they even went looking for my missing items after we had already checked out. Would 100% recommend!

Pros:

Hotel lindo com SPA muito bonito , com picolés e Yakult oferecidos aos hóspedes, café da manhã muito saboroso, e uma pequena e deliciosa refeição à noite. Gostamos muito dos funcionários bem simpáticos e eficientes. Com certeza voltaria ao hotel.

Pros:

Exceptional value. Lots of free perks, like the hot springs bath, popsicles, ramen, washing machine (not dryer though) make this great value for money. Clean and well executed.

Cons:

It's not super fancy and a little traditional, no shoes, no tattoos in spa, etc. Less comfy than I woulda thought, one pillow, adequate mattress.

A wonderful and comfortable stay!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. It's like a modern ryokan. The room is spacious enough to open 2 luggages :p. The staff were also helpful. The onsen was ok. It is also near a river where u can chill.

Обязательно в следующий раз снова остановимся в отелях этой сети.
Pros:

Понравилось разуваться при входе в отель - сразу создается какая-то домашняя обстановка. Очень понравился онсен, завтрак и ночная лапша.

Cons:

Номер маленький, вдвоем тесновато. Только если ночевать приходить.
