非常舒適且CP值高的溫泉飯店
Pros:

1. 大浴池非常棒，泡起來很舒服，也有露天的，泡完有免費的冰棒可以吃，也有免費按摩椅
2. 床睡起來很舒服，不過枕頭是硬的，習慣軟的人應該會很難睡
3. 房間算大，開行李箱沒問題
4. 員工非常親切，離開的時候可以幫忙叫計程車（距離松江車站車程大概4分鐘、約800-900日幣）
5. 早餐很好吃，免費的宵夜也很讚

松江ならいつも必ず「御宿 野々」さん
Pros:

何と言っても夜鳴きそば。めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。2連泊もそのため⁈風呂上がりのアイスクリームも有難いサービス。私はハーシーのモナカアイスが一押しでした。7階の電子レンジと製氷器にも大変お世話になりました。きれいな氷が無料です。お部屋も清潔でベッドの寝心地も最高でした〜😊

Cons:

11階のマッサージ機を試しましたが指圧の強さを調節する仕方が判らずに残念でした。自分には強めの揉みに耐えた次第です。

スタッフに戸惑いを感じる、もう泊まらない

朝ごはんがリッチ

Cons:

スタッフがなっていない。何を聞いてもちょっとお待ちください、と言って逃げる。例えば巡回バスの乗り場、もそうだった。確認しますと言ってそれっきり。後で発見したが、フロントに地図と時刻表があるのになぜスタッフたち知らないのか？などイライラさせられる事ばかりであった。また貴重品の封筒も、初めてやるのか凍ってしまい時間がかかりなんと封印の前にハンを押し、封を閉めたがちゃんと閉まらず半空いたまま、など。翌日に別の人に言ったら「よく伝えます」という回答にも疑問を生じる。彼女が悪いと言わんばかり。共同責任でしょ。

ウエルカムドリンクとゼリーが冷蔵庫にありましたが、
説明が無いので気がつきませんでした。
コンビニでお茶を買い冷蔵庫を開けて気付き、有料の
水かと思いましたがネット検索で無料のウエルカムドリンクの書き込みがあり、悩む人が多い事を知りました。
折角の心遣いに気付かない高齢者とかもいらっしゃるのでは？

最初の接客以外はとても満足です。

夜鳴きそばや、風呂上がりのアイスなどサービスが良くて楽しかった。お部屋も綺麗。

到着後、玄関で案内をしていた人の案内が丁寧でなく、初めての利用でスーツケース持って奥に行ってとだけ告げられ、突き当たりまで行ったあと、靴を脱ぐ、荷物はどうやって運ぶのか（スーツケースを引いて歩いていいのか）など説明がなく戸惑った。他の人の動きを見て動いた。チェックイン時のスタッフも鍵を渡すだけで、こちらから初めてなので説明して欲しいと申し出て説明してくれた。そこは気になった。
