Pros:

パジャマとなる服の肌触りも良く、大変快適でした。お風呂も何度も行きましたが、清潔さを感じました。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

3台のマッサージチェアに沢山のお客が利用のため、溝にホコリや水分がありました。お風呂上がりの体でマッサージだと汗も付くため、消毒シートがあると、各自で拭くことができ清潔に使えると感じました

Pros:

일단 호텔 자체가 너무나 깔끔하고 편리했습니다! 안내해주시는 직원분께서도 매우 친절하셨고 방도 너무 좋았어요! 특히 11층에 위치한 대욕장과 2층의 조식당도 제가 이제까지 가봤던 호텔들 중에서 최고라고 손 꼽고 싶습니다. 저녁에 야식으로 먹을 수 있는 라멘도 좋았고 일본 전통감성의 숙소라서 2박이지만 정말 만족스럽게 지냈어요. 다음에 마츠에에 오게 된다면 또 묵고싶습니다.

마쓰에역에서 조금 떨어져 있긴하지만 걸어갈수있는 거리는 됩니다.

Very nice place to stay great location, comfortable beds, and a very nice onsen!
Pros:

Excellent location close to Matsue Castle and train station. The queen beds are super comfortable and the room was very spacious. The on-site onsen was also very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly!

お部屋やお風呂など施設とロケーションなどは良いが、ソフト面でがっかりでした。
Pros:

駅からは少し離れているが、周囲に飲食店が多い。川沿いに散歩すると気持ちよく、風情のあるロケーションだった。

Cons:

玄関で案内してくれる従業員は若いアルバイト風な人が多く、聞いてもいい加減な返事しか返ってこず、やる気のない感じでした。普通のビジネスホテルの方がよほど気持ちよくチェックインできます。

Cons:

ホテル駐車場をはじめ近隣の駐車場も全て満車で停められなかった。結局物凄く離れたコインパーキングに停めざるをえなく、猛暑という事もあり歩いて移動は断念し車を停めたあとタクシーで宿に向かう羽目になった。色々旅をしているが、こんな事初めてだ。
また妊娠中の連れと2人分の荷物を先に宿に下ろして、チェックインをさせ部屋で休ませようと思っていたが、連れが荷物が重くて台車を借りようとした際、受付スタッフが台車は使っても良いけど、すぐ返してください。と事務的な言い草。セルフチェックインなのに受付には5人のスタッフが並んで立っていたが、妊婦が重そうに荷物を台車に乗せていても誰一人手伝いに出てくる事もなく知らん顔だったそう。同グループ系列のホテルのスタッフの接遇が良かったのでこちらを利用したが、ここは二度と利用しない。

Pros:

温泉が広くて清潔で露天風呂やサウナもあり最高でした。風呂上がりの無料のアイスクリームも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

朝食バイキング3000円はやや高いと感じました。品数は少なくなっても良いので2000円に抑えてほしかったかな？
