Great Beautiful Stay

It was a great stay - in the perfect hotel, very cozy, in the b beautiful room with the BEAUTIFUL view! The room was clean and convenient, it everything was just perfect.

Not well maintained! Poor facility- do not recommend but staff are great!

The service! All the staff is amazing! Kind and friendly and professional.

Cons:

Not clean at all! The elevators and hallways were very dirty and had a damp, unpleasant smell. The shower in the room I stayed in smelled terrible, almost like mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for showers at night due to an issue with a broken heater. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were very disappointing and definitely need improvement.

Stay went well. Polite staff, lobby was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was small but we made it work! Everything was nice.

The size of the room. And that I wasn’t booked the room I was told.

It’s lovely I wish they’d honor my request
Pros:

Love it but I always ask for a high floor and the night clerk always puts me at the bottom on purpose

It was OK, but for the price it was not worth it for me

It was a very nice hotel really nice very clean nice people

Cons:

I did not like the location. There really wasn’t anything around the location as far as a restaurant we had to go way out past to go to restaurants and I did not like that for the price that I paid there was no continental breakfast or no offers other than free coffee.
