Very clean and convenient. Staff super friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, the hotel had a pretty modern feel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfy, overall a great experience, I would definitely be back.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The location was perfect, with the World Trade Center right next to it, easy for Uber to pick up and drop off, safe area. The room was very comfortable, the beds were great. Shower was awesome too.
The best part of it was the breakfast. We had Rodolfo help us most of the days we stayed with Alan, they were both great. Food was delicious, they always made sure we had everything we needed. We went with our two kids and they prepared the pancakes specially for them, fruit plates, had almond milk for my coffee every time. Hot or cold chocolate for the kids. Service was excellent! Flor also helped us a couple of times and was also very attentive. We loved the staff.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and located in a great area with beautiful city views. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We also sincerely appreciated the kitchen team's efforts in accommodating my nut allergy. Their attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to prepare suitable meal options gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our meals.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Very beautiful views from room, location isn't totally the best, but Mexico city is so big that it would be hard to find the perfect spot. We received Club access which gave us breakfast and happy hour, which was excellent. All alcoholic beverages were included, and "appetizers " were actually a light dinner. Rooms were pristine and service excellent

I called this hotel 5 days before my stay to arrange transportation, they said they would send me an estimate promptly. What followed was four phone calls, three days of broken promises, and nothing delivered.

The last call was the worst, they told me they had already sent the estimate. A lie. They then “admitted” it was sitting in their email drafts and would be sent within five minutes.

Still waiting. Another lie another broken promise, this time just two days before my stay.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL Hyatt Regency. Raul Trejo, the Chief Concierge, made us feel like royalties and personal family members at the same time. He is the epitome of hospitality. The hotel also has an updated water filtration system that is only 2 years old. Raul informed us that we should still stick to bottled water, but I accidentally brushed my teeth with tap water from the hotel, and not even a bubbly stomach. Food for Globalist is just spectacular. The evening "snack" is basically a full dinner. The hotel is in great condition, great furnishing, nice beds, great views, quiet, and right next to the #1 bus stop. There is a very nice Japanese restaurant on premise downstairs, and there is another upscale restaurant inside the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The Hyatt Regency Insurgentes has an excellent location with easy access to public transportation. Insurgentes is one of the main arteries running north to south through the city, which makes getting around very simple.

The hotel itself feels brand new, with spacious and super comfortable rooms and common areas. The staff are professional, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the lounge access and that Hyatt status is truly recognized and valued here.

Excellent stay overall and highly recommended!
