My friend was an Accor member so they upgraded our room type. We normally only have a small breakfast and we could get a croissant and coffee for GBP5.00 (plus tax). Comfortable bed. Room compact. Standard for London.

L'atmosphère générale de l'hôtel me convient parfaitement, avec une ambiance détendue et un personnel très agréable en toutes circonstances.
J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises et je n'avais pas eu, il me semble, de chambre aussi petite. Ce n'est pas très grave en soi et j'ai parfaitement apprécié la qualité de la chambre. Tout y est très fonctionnel mais je trouvais que l'espace y était un peu mesuré.

Great location for Troubadour theatre and near restaurants and supermarket. Good air con.

The location was a great point that you could easily access the subway line. There was a mall that offered a few good food restaurants that were good for families and or couples. The rooms were clean, there was a 24hr concierge desk accessible via WhatsApp and was a great area for either business or pleasure travel. Hotel was central to getting around the city by subway and the waterfront view was amazing.
I absolutely feel that the hotel fell short in one major area. There was no fridge in the room which if you’re travelling with medications needing refrigeration, do not stay here. The concierge desk will hold your meds but they are not properly refrigerated and I personally lost $3000 worth of medications which I trusted them to store after giving detailed instructions regarding their refrigeration.

Close to amenities. Rooms compact but have everything you need. We didn't use the restraunt in an evening as wasn't anything we fancied on the menu. .Altogether an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return and to recommend to others.
Breakfast was a little pricey but good quality food and plenty of choice.
