很不爽😕，给多钱去住一间烂酒店，投诉又无视

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlich Infinity Pool und Abzügen bei Orga und Personal

Très bien pour l’emplacement et la piscine
Pros:

L’emplacement est super. À 10 minutes à pieds des tours petronas. Le lit est confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Piscine avec belle vue sur la ville

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre, l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, la télécommande du ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. Il manquait aussi des suspensions pour étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Sinon l’appart est joli est bien décoré.
Ils demande une caution de RM200 ce qui est une grosse somme. J’ai du batailler longtemps pour la payer en carte car je n’avais pas de cash sur moi. Et comme c’était mon dernier jour je n’avais pas envie de me retrouver avec RM200 sur les bras.

Der Pool ganz oben auf dem Dach war sehr schön und atemberaubend. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bis zu City- Mitte nicht weit zu laufen. Ich bin zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

I had an enjoyable stay here and was good value for money. Some facilities could be a little cleaner
Pros:

I really liked the spacious apartment. Having a kitchen and fridge at your disposal was quite nice. I really liked the pool on the 47th floor and the gym on the 48th floor. The view from the room was amazing as well.

Cons:

My room could've been a little bit cleaner. In the bathroom there were cobwebs and dust. The floor to the shower was slippery and mouldy. Internet kept dropping out and was slow at times. I also wasn't told about the hot water system until I asked on the second day. The staff at reception were very blunt. The lift as well took an exceptionally long time to get to a floor. I waited for nearly 10 minutes at one stage just to get from the 29th floor down to the ground.

Pros:

El apartamento era muy bonito y tenía unas vistas increíbles. La piscina súper chula y cerca de las Torres Petronas.

Cons:

El personal fue muy antipático en todo momento, no parecían muy felices de trabajar allí o esa era la sensación que daban. Excepto una chica el resto fatal, no nos dieron ningún tipo de explicación en el checking, tuvimos que ir averiguando nosotros las cosas. El suelo del apartamento no estaba limpio, y en el menaje de cocina podrían poner alguna olla/sartén más…

Worst hotel ever
Pros:

The worst hotel ever, they dont issue 2 keys. I have never seen a hotel do this before. Mind you its 2 adults and 1 kid. If one of us stays back. They arent able to get out of hotel because it requires hotel key to use the elevator. My girlfriend stayed back and wanted some food to order but they wont even bring the food to the room. Hotel room is a mess, kettle is dirty, microwave is doesnt work, they also dont provide tissue and soap bar. Dryer also doesnt work but they didnt even label it so we got wet clothes to dry up. Dont fall for this scamming hotel. Get you a better one

Bad overall experience and scam
Pros:

Worst hotel, they dont even have tissues nor do they label anything thats out of service like a dryer. How can a hotel be this bad. Kettle is dirty, microwave doesnt work either. Please dont fall for the scam. Book a better hotel than this

Les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine ouverte jusque 22h, salle de sport très bien équipée notamment)
La petite supérette

Cons:

Un des ascenseurs de l'hôtel était en panne ce qui rend long parfois le temps pour monter/descendre dans sa chambre (parfois +de 5mn)
