Gound floor annex location was poor
Pros:

Apartment was quiet and clean. Good shower. Good to have washing and drying facilities.

Cons:

We were in a separate annex that you had to access via the carpark. The rooms had a view of dilapidated buildings with drug dealers active very close by. The access keypads were all hanging off their fixings, meaning the annex felt neglected and a bit unsafe.
Overall nothing like the lovely view shown on the website..
We assume the best apartments have been privately sold and used as Air B&Bs.

Such a great place.
Pros:

Spacious, the room had everything we needed! For the price we expected a small room so were so pleasantly surprised to get an apartment with everything we needed and more for a night!

One night only so didn’t get a chance to see the pool.

Cons:

A little tucked away, but cheaper than most so made up for it! So many different taxes added on to the bill.

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dalla via centrale di Nashville, appartamento grande e abbastanza attrezzato.
Sicuramente ideale per soggiorni anche più lunghi.
Letto comodo (non scontato)

Cons:

Anche se sono riuscita lo stesso a lavare le tazze della colazione, consiglierei di lasciare qualche prodotto in più per lavare i piatti, avendo soggiornato una sola notte non avrebbe avuto senso comprare una confezione nuova.

Location was good. Market was well stocked. Large fitness center.

Cons:

Safety: someone entered my room around 4/4:30 in the morning. Google Reviews indicate this was not the first time this had happened. I had deadbolted the door shut, but the deadbolt is overridden by the key card (the room did not have an additional deadbolt in the space like in hotels).

Check-In Process: Was unable to check in when I arrived at 8:15 PM as it said room was not ready. Had to text a number for assistance as Front Desk was not staffed. Staff arrived about 25 minutes later, when they did, they said the room was not cleaned and housekeeping as working on it. Was able to get in around 9:15 PM.

Cleanliness: There were water spots on the bathroom floor.

WHAT stay . . !?
Cons:

Nothing like the appeal of the photos.

Upon entering the room, it smelled like an overdose of bleach was masking aircon on verge of mould. The air was very stale. Would have been very difficult to sleep in. We were given second choice of room where you COULD have opened the doors but had the same problem with the air in that room. Would’ve taken 24 hours of ventilation to have gotten it to a suitable non asthma inducing breathable space.

Unfortunately, we had no choice but to forgo any refund and go find somewhere else to stay.
