Do not stay here unless. you want to clean it first
Pros:

It was absolutely disgusting. I arrived on a Friday evening and was due to head out and meet some friends for dinner. I first noticed that the shower had hair and toenails in it and wasn't clean. I checked the bed and was disgusted to find pubic hair all over the sheets. I informed the management, but no one came to clean the place. After waiting two hours, I ended up sterilizing and cleaning the place myself and washing my sheets on a high sanitized cycle. Absolutely disgusting and terrible service from both the hotel and Booking.com, who didn't respond for 3 days and then gave me a credit for less than 1/4 of the price I paid. Do not recommend!!!

Nice size apartment with full kitchen. Wish that it had been clear in advance that it had full kitchen. I had specifically tried to find out. Very comfortable with living room area separate from bedroom. Table for eating was nice.

Cons:

First and foremost, the email with the code to go from parking to lobby MUST come from Sentral OR it is not helpful. Ours had a general heading which was not clearly from the hotel, so we spent 40 min trying to find code. Ice should not be half a mile away. It melts by time you return. Front desk personnel could use some training in working with the public, who pays them. Bath lab faucet in Rm 606 barely runs. Had to use kitchen instead.
Btw, NO ONE ever answers the main phone number for Sentral. People have questions, you know.

We relaxed in the room each day and it was a quiet and clean space to do so.
Pros:

The unit was modern, clean and comfortable. We had more than enough space to spread out and relax.

Cons:

Unit door stuck and it took multiple attempts to open the door every time we entered

It was a good stay, pool was nice and accommodations were as advertised.
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance to broadway, hall of fame, etc. building and parking were safe and secure as well.

Cons:

Parking was pricey if you are parking on site but didn’t look at other options so couldn’t compare it to other lots close by.

It was adequate and good location for the conference, but I would probably not stay there again.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Pool was cloudy. Room was very very far from elevators and I have a broken foot so that was very unpleasant to get around. It felt like a dated apartment building not like a decent hotel. Room was really big but bedroom was small and had no windows in it and the carpet was old and stained. The living room was totally unnecessary for me and had all the windows so the set up was not great.

Cons:

Wir hatten für nur 2 große Handtücher für 2 Personen, nichts für die Hände und kein küchenhandtuch. Auch nach Rückfrage nichts bekommen. Im Bad lagen noch Fingernägel vom Vorgänger.. nicht so schön

Pros:

Groot schoon appartement. Lekker zwembad met ligstoelen. Mooie grote fitness.

Cons:

Voor aankomst krijg je allemaal info over digitaal inchecken en parkeren. We kregen geen toegangscode gemaild voor de toegang tot het gebouw. Heel gedoe en je wordt er erg zenuwachtig van. Uiteindelijk bleek er gewoon een receptioniste te zitten die je incheckte en was al dat gedoe niet nodig geweest.
