The location. The 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom configuration is great.

Cons:

For such a great apartment, 2 double beds was very disappointing. Unsure why at least Queen beds are not utilised. A change of towels during a 6 night stay would be appreciated and provision of pool towels a must.

Overall my stay was good and I’ll book again

Cons:

Didn’t like that the host wasn’t upfront about the deposit that was needed at check in they waited until I’m there checking in onsite to tell me a deposit was needed I didn’t like that because I had already paid money to book the room I’m thinking that was it but it wasn’t I had to pay another 150$ outside of the money I paid to book my stay that wasn’t professional

Perfekt zur Stadtbesichtigung und Selbstversorgung.
Pros:

Sehr ansprechendes Appartement und gute Lage zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Voll eingerichtete Küchenzeile. Schöner Pool in der 3. Etage mit Aussicht. Schöne und moderne Einrichtung.

Worth it and friendly

Comfortable studio apartment well equipped. Parking is extra.
Pros:

Studio apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Very useful having a Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. 12 minute walk to Broadway.

Cons:

Parking is extra and can be expensive. I ended up paying $30 a night for onsite parking using the Parkade app. There were some cheaper options nearby but not as secure as the onsite parking.

Nice place good …..walking location.
Pros:

Location was decent. Short walk to market and restaurants. 1 mile walk exactly to Nissan stadium.
1/2 mile to Broadway.

Cons:

The floor in unit was dirty. I wore white socks and they were grey after walking on floor. I took a white bounty and wiped the floor and it was dirty as well.
