Rúmið var ágætt en hefði alveg verið til í aðeins þæginlegri kodda og sæng. Bara eitt lítið þvottastykki sem var smá skrítið. Þó eldhúsið væri stórt eða þannig þá fannst mér vera frekar lítið af búnaði til að gera eldað eitthvað almennilegt. Hafði ekki hugmynd um að maður gæti grillað þarna á sundlaugasvæðinu fyrr en bara daginn áður en við fórum heim. Það var mjög langt labb frá okkar herbergi á það svæði. Við vorum á annarri hæð alveg út í enda og svo til að fara á sundlaugarsvæðið, lounge eða líkamsrækt þá þurfti að labba allan okkar gang, á aðra hæð og svo alveg út í enda á hinni hæðinni. Svo virkaði kannski ekki kóðinn á hurðina og þá var langt labb aftur í afgreiðsluna. Það var mjög dýrt að leggja í bílastæðahúsinu hjá hótelinu. Fríu bílastæðin fyrir utan voru mjög fá. Fannst smá subbulegt að hafa teppi í þvottahúsinu og svefnherberginu. En það er kannski menningarmunur þar. Teppið var alveg hreint. Eða svona sennilega eins hreint og hægt er að hafa teppi á hótelum. Krafturinn í sturtunni var ekki mikill og lítið af vatni. Kjuði og kúlur til að spila pool. Af hverju er það ekki geymt í lounge? Fannst skrítið að þurfa að fara niður í afgreiðslu til að sækja búnað og þurfa að skilja eftir ökuskirteini eða vegabréf.

My room had no WiFi. I had to share WiFi with the next room. The bathroom drainage was clogged and had black stuff coming out from the drain during shower time. The trash compactor being by the elevator smelled so bad.

Basically a short term rental. Self check on a screen (which didn’t work). Lots of codes to get anywhere. Parking was a pain because you had to download a whole different app. Felt cold and soulless.

Bed was to small, air wasn’t working when it was 95 degrees outside, the smell

Check in process confusing, hard to find lobby from parking garage first time, and also no disclosure of parking fees before booking. Really bad toilet paper.

This is not a hotel stay. This is essentially an airbnb unit. For example, there's no room service. I received 4 coffee pods for the machine, they were all decaf. Now what? Also there's a homeless shelter nearby, so you'll see some of that. Most importantly, the cost was that of a pretty nice hotel but without hotel services. Everything is DIY.

Had to look for cleaning staff to ask for clean towels which wasnt near our room and room wasnt cleaned or offered to be cleaned the week we stayed.

Shower water pressure was really low and we were located next to the bin/waste shoot which was noisy.

Some apartments had a balcony however the apartment we were allocated did not. We did not have the option to select a room with a balcony.

Bed was small - no option for a king bed.

Our apartment had stains on the carpet which looked like blood.

The floors were very dirty in the apartment ( except the bedroom which was carpeted, and the bathroom). The floors of the TV room, kitchen, and dining area were so dirty it would get the bottom of your bare feet black. We had to wear shoes throughout our stay.

There was only 1 check in kiosk available at the time of my check in, staff said I needed to use the kiosk. Waited about 10 mins for the guest in front of me to finish, but once I got to it, check in was 2 minutes
