Pros:

Staff were very nice.Especially Mike. Dinner was great. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfy

Cons:

Pool is not like on pictures. Too small. For max 2 people. On pictures its looks different,so its bit disappointing when you see actual pool.

In relation to all other accommodation in Vietnam, the Merital was a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to friends
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff were lovely and all and all our stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

A little bit of more specific cleaning in the room would have been appreciated. Overall the rooms were very clean although dust on the skirtings was pretty evident.

All staff were amazing, very helpful, and thoughtful. Great location. Breakfast had a very good variety of everything.

Cons:

There was not enough bench space in the bathroom, and the building next door was doing construction work of some sort, making it a little noisy in the morning.

Great location at the edge of the Old Town and walking distance to everywhere....

Cons:

The individual concierge idea is nice in principle but in practice it felt like overkill. Don't make a big deal about two free teabags per day. It doesn't highlight generosity.... rather the opposite.
