בקשתי להוסיף עוד לילה לא נתנו לנו סגרתי בבוקינג עוד לילה כמו שסגרתי בהתחלה וקיבלנו חדר ממש זוועה

Hotel se nachází ve skvělé lokalitě, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokoj byl hezky zařízený, čistý, pravidelně uklízený a v celém hotelu to hezky vonělo. Snídaně byla dobrá. Nejlepší byl personál, který byl velice nápomocný, snažili se nám pobyt v Hanoji co nejvíce usnadnit a zpříjemnit.

Cons:

Tím že se nachází ve přímo v centru, je na ulicích neustále rušno a hluk.

Tolle Lage, freundlicher Empfang, außerordentlich bemühtes Personal. Schönes sauberes Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Essen (Frühstück, Restaurant und Rooftopbar) und vernünftige Preise.

Cons:

Leider z.T. etwas hellhörig, was andere Gäste betrifft.

Such a beautiful hotel! It’s a charming boutique hotel located very close to Hanoi Train Street and just a 10-minute walk from the heart of the Old Quarter.

We booked a family room with connecting doors, which was extremely convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The hotel has an incredible rooftop bar where we spent several evenings, and they also offer a great happy hour. The hotel restaurant is excellent too! We ate there several times, and everything was delicious. It’s also one of the highest-rated restaurants in the area.

There is also a wonderful spa, so the hotel really has everything you could need.

The service was exceptional. Mark looked after us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. He even proactively told us about things happening nearby, such as a football match taking place that evening. Mark truly made our stay unforgettable!

Cons:

Maybe offer more gluten-free options for children at breakfast.

Great hotel, lovely rooftop bar and pool.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful room, super comfy bed and great shower. The terrace in our room was a real bonus. Tom in reception really helped us out with a complimentary late check out and information about the local attractions.
