Pros:

L’établissement est au cœur de la ville ce qui est pratique lors des sorties. Le personnel est très agréable et attentif aux besoins de sa clientèle . Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, il variait chaque jour et proposait un large choix de mets. La piscine est agréable, la salle de sport est pas si bien équipée mais reste fonctionnel. Le bar propose une assez belle vue avec notamment un beau coucher de soleil.

Cons:

Les chambres ont une mauvaise isolation. Les prises sont très loins du lit, ce qui est pas pratique. L’armoire de notre chambre grinçait constamment.

Can truly recommend
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service from Mike, Tom and Lucy were exceptional and I have never experienced this level of service before. I can also highly recommend the spa where I received a great massage from Mrs. Thuy.

Fantastic stay in the heart of the Old Quarter!


This hotel is perfectly positioned in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room on the 8th floor was quiet, clean, and spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed. We also dined at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food; the breakfast offered a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options.


Tip: There is a 5% additional charge if you pay by credit card, but we easily withdrew cash from a local ATM with no extra fees.


We would not hesitate to stay here again!

it was awesome to stay in this hotel, well located, accesss to all kind of restaurants, shops, cafe.
Pros:

good location right in the heart of old district, good food, very well maintenanced facilities, friendly and proffessional staff. Roof top is beautiful do not miss it go for happy hour and enjoy the view of the city

Cons:

Main reason why i booked this hotel is beacuse of gym ,as it looks very huge on booking,in reality this is smaller then my son bedroom,swimming pool also same thing.We booked three rooms but one of our friend could not come due medical problem,hotel has been advised two days before ,however hotel still they give was three rooms on arrival after complain they canceled third room but they still charge us partly for the third Room.Not many options for breakfast either.We also left hotel 4days earlier but they still charge us full price .We expected that we will at least get partly reimbursed.
