Very good quality and reasonable cost, very nice staff.
Pros:

We've stayed in other hotels in Hanoi, in the same neighborhood but Meritel was much better in terms of rooms (we had one with a balcony) and overall quality. The pool and rooftop bar are nice, breakfast great and varies each day.

The staff was super helpful and kind. One person – Ryan in our case – was making sure every day (we stayed 5 nights) that all was going well.

Cons:

There were construction works in the building next door, so we had to change room.

旧市街やホアンキエム湖などの観光地にも歩いていける好立地。綺麗なお部屋にウェルカムフルーツ、スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。朝ごはんも2日利用しましたが内容が少しずつ違い、連泊でも飽きずに食べられました。近くにある美味しいお店やトレインストリートの電車が通る時間など詳細な観光情報も頂けてよかったです！

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns ganz kurzfristig entschieden, eine Nacht in Hanoi zu verbringen – und mit diesem Hotel definitiv die richtige Entscheidung getroffen! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Phoebe, die uns herzlich eingecheckt hat und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mit tollen Tipps zur Seite stand. Sie war stets darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Hanoi haben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, haben hervorragend im hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen und waren besonders von der großen und vielfältigen Auswahl beim Frühstück begeistert.

Für uns war es ein wirklich besonderer Aufenthalt – herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir uns spontan für dieses Hotel entschieden haben, und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, insbesondere an Phoebe, für diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Hanoi sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Un tres bel hotel en plein cœur du quartier historique
Pros:

La situation, le confort des chambres et surtout la gentilesse du personnel d'accueil (un merci tout particulier a Mike et Tim pour leurs attentions !)

Cons:

La piscine est tres petites par rapport aux photos, mais la vue est tres agréable.
