الموقع وقربه من الكوفيات والمطعم والمطار

Cons:

سكنت في جناح على اطلالة زاويه وكان التكييف خربان وتم تحويلي لجناح ثاني اقل من المستوى والمساحة في غرفة النوم الثانية صغيررة جداااااا مما اضطرني لحجز غرفة اضافية

إقامة 3 ليالي في شقق ريفر ووك
Pros:

إجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج سريعة ، تعامل الموظفين ممتاز ، خدمة الإنترنت جيدة ، حجزي كان جناح مع شرفة مطلة على المدينة والإطلالة كانت على ريفيرا أليجا المائية (الملاهي كانت مقفلة في شهر 5). الشقق من وجهة نظري خيار مناسب للعوائل ، فالجناح عبارة عن غرفة نوم رئيسية (ماستر) مع دورة مياه خاصة بها وغرفة نوم أخرى فيها عدد 2 سرير فردي (نفر) ودورة مياه عامة وصالة كبيرة مفتوح عليها مطبخ فيه فرن ومايكروويف وثلاجة وفريزر بالإضافة إلى أدوات المطبخ وكذلك موجود طاولة طعام وبلكونة (شرفة) فيها طاولة وكراسي تطل على ريفيرا أليجا المائية مثل ما ذكرت سابقا وفي الشقق خدمة تنظيف من الساعة 9 صباحا وحتى الساعة 3 عصرا والاستقبال شغال 24 ساعة. مواقف السيارات متوفرة في القبو (السرداب) والوقوف مجاني لساكني الشقق وراح يعطونك الاستقبال قطعة مثل البطاقة tag وهذه تسمح لك بالدخول إلى المواقف وكذلك تسمح لك باستخدام المصعد الموجود في المواقف للصعود إلى شقتك في الأعلى.

تحت الشقق وفي نفس المبنى عدة مقاهي وقريب منك (يمكن 10 دقائق مشيا على الأقدام) مقاهي ومطاعم وبقالة عربية وصيدلية وصراف آلي ومن ضمن المطاعم الموجودة بعض المطاعم العربية وفيه مجمع تجاري صغير قريب من الشقق (يمكن 10 دقايق بالسيارة) فيه بعض المحلات التجارية وفيه سوبرماركت Bingo المعروف في البوسنة والهرسك

Cons:

1- الدخول إلى منطقة الاستقبال بالسيارة غير واضح. فيه لافتة صغيرة ولكن بصراحة غير واضحة للشخص اللي جي المكان لأول مرة.
2- لا توجد خدمة نقل للحقائب وكان من الأفضل توفير عربة صغيرة لنقل الأمتعة خصوصا للعوائل واللي معهم شناط وحقائب كثيرة
3- تمنيت وجود غسالة في الشقة

It'd be easy to fix
Pros:

The apartment is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. A nice plus is the balcony. The bathroom is of a good size.

Cons:

It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that both receptionists (at the check-in and at the check-out) do not speak Bosnian. It is in Bosnia after all. Another language thing: the TV in the room is completely in Turkish and it made it impossible to use (Are there any TV channels? Couldn't find because it was in Turkish).
Of other things, the kitchen lacks proper coffee mugs (just small cups). No toilet paper in the bathroom. It seems it has been designed for some different kind of people.
