It was a pleasant experience both the room/ensuite were very clean and larger than expected and the staff’s hospitality was amazing. We had a lot of stuff to take with us so we requested if we could keep some belongings behind and they were very quick to help. Thank you so much!

I have used this hotel before and had no complaints. This time I think I just got a room that was in a noisy location. I got woken up through the night by trains and lorries.

Room was a little small, for a twin room & only one bedside table.
Breakfast was good enough. It was pretty clean as well. Apart from the dusty window ledge in the small broom cupboard toilet!
The shared toilet again. The size of a broom cupboard as only sink was in there. So a tight squeeze. Then the seperate shared shower
My god! There is no room to dry or get dressed in there or put anything. Basically the shower door runs exactly tight up against the shower room door..So you have to come out of it into the little corridor space. Soaking wet with a towel that would only fit around a skinny teenage girl! Then slink embarrassed into your room trailing water after you and again getting your feet dirty after a shower! Then also the temperature is scolding or tepid, that's your choices!

Lady on reception wasn’t overly friendly when we arrived. Didn’t feel very welcoming.
Having been before, the location near the station is great for us, I like the spacious room, the friendly and helpful staff, and the ease and convenience of the fob entry.
I had the twin room on my previous stay, it was light with big windows, unfortunately the double room has very little natural light, I would have not chosen this room had I known. It was also quite noisy with the bedroom being next to reception.
On removing the bed linen at the end of our stay we noted the mattress was quite stained, which I wouldn't have expected.
The bath towels were very small, barely fitting round my daughter who is a size 10 (so even less chance with me!) A man would absolutely struggle! We bought some in town.
L'emplacement.
Comme je vous l'avais déjà écrit et évoqué au téléphone, l'hôtel n'a pas nettoyé la chambre pour le deuxième jour contrairement à ce qui est prévu par la réglementation pour un hôtel de ce type. Il nous a dit que c'est sa politique de nettoyer que 2 à 3 fois par semaine les chambres, alors que rien de tout cela n'est écrit dans booking.com lors de notre réservation.
Nous demandons donc une indemnisation pour la journée où nous avons nous-mêmes fait le ménage !!!
De plus, la réglementation britannique impose de faire le ménage chaque jour pour tout hôtel au-delà de 2 étoiles!!!?
Nous demandons à booking.com d'intervenir pour obtenir notre indemnisation d'une journée y compris les dommages subis dans l'inconfort, soit de l'hôtel, soit de la plateforme, car nous avons fait confiance à Booking et nous sommes des fidèles clients ( genius 2).

The bed was squeaking
The bed was comfy, and it was walking distance to the centre.
A couple of light fittings were broken - the bulbs worked but the shades were lose. There wasn't a bath - this wasn't mentioned at all.
There's no parking with the hotel at all. We chose it as the hotel says there's limited permits on request but when we got there, they didn't know about any permits. Not that they were used and we missed them, they didn't know what i was talking about and pointed me to the paid car park.
Also the TV in the room was tiny, and the bathroom had lots of rusty/dirty furnishings. The front door handle was broken at one point
It is good for a cheap stay, but I think it was a little overpriced and they sell themselves as being more upmarket than it is.
Lage nahe dem Bahnhof ist super, weniger super ist, daß gegenüber der Parkplatz der Post ist - meine Freundin hat wege dem Lich tnd KOmmen und Gehen der Autos schlecht geschlafen.
Frühstück hätte etwas weniger Teevarianten, dafür zB auch Schinken für den Toast haben können.
