Mohammed on reception. ( if it wasn't for him then the rating would be much less - he went above and beyond)

Swimming pool area nice
Room was snug but adequate
Being far enough from town that noise was to a minimum

Gayet temiz ve ferahtı. Özellikle personeller aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Hepsine tatilimizi güzelleştirdiği için teşekkür ederim.

De kamer was mooi met een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie is top, alles is op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen.

Fint välkomnande av hotellets anställda. De tom parkerade vår bil. Kändes som familjeägt och väldigt trevliga

Udsigten fra værelset, vi boede på 4. sal. Udsigt til bjergene på den ene side og byen på den anden.

Værelset havde to balkoner, en dejlig seng, tv og ac.

Personalet på hotellet er virkelig imødekommende og serviceminded.

Really 5 stars experience. The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants at the door step.

Our room was 402, views the sea :), with two balconies, that allows us to see the most beautiful sunsets! the room was airy, modern, nicely decorated and was spotless! The bathroom, fantastic!
The bed very comfortable!

But what’s made the experience so special was the staff members that always have a smile in their faces, all super helpful and friendly.

Everything about our stay at 6 Milje was PERFECT!
The breakfast was nice, always plenty of fruits.
I totally recommend. We loved our stay, we felt welcomed and look after.
Also my appreciation for the ladies who do the cleaning, because the room and the hotel grounds were always spotless!

Disappointing Stay – Poor Handling Despite Apology

We booked this hotel well in advance, but after checking in, we were asked to give up our room due to an emotional story involving another guest. They promised to move us to a similar hotel near the beach, but the alternative had far fewer facilities.

When we returned, we were told another story that the system had been hacked and the hotel was overbooked — we were left without a room. I’m six months pregnant, and the stress and handling of the situation were unacceptable. One staff member was especially rude and dismissive.

Eventually, someone who seemed like the manager apologized and offered a few complimentary items for the next day. We had no choice — we needed a place to stay. Still, this is not how guests should be treated, especially after paying these much amount in advance. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Location good , breakfast good and the man replenished the food none stop nothing to much trouble he is an asset to the hotel

Staying at this hotel has left more positive reviews than negative ones. Positive: here, in case of problems or comments, the staff and competent people at the reception will always help you. For example, despite the fact that the hotel does not have an "airport transfer" option, the staff organized a spacious, air-conditioned transfer for our group from Tirana Airport with a good mood and a driver, which did not cost as much as it did with other carriers. The staff will always be happy to help you with any question. You have a good opportunity to swim in the pool in the shade. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. Good breakfast, although there is not enough tea, cheese, different sausages and more choice. The rooms are cleaned well and kept clean, despite the fact that some things in this hotel should be fixed: air conditioning, which makes noise when turned on, a toilet that is old and not very good, and a few other little things that are outdated and spoil the impression of being in the room.

We arrived early, but our room was ready. We were able to head right out to the beach (5 min walk). The room was clean & comfortable. We sat out on the balcony at night after a wonderful meal nearby. The staff was helpful & friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ksamil!
