Horrible service experience, good hotel location & view

clean , new, amazing view!

Cons:

The staff and service was very disappointing.
I decided to come, together with my friends to celebrate birthday. We had 4! Rooms booked for a weekend.
I asked staff to arrange few minor things: sitting area in a beach club- for us to order few bottles of champagne at the sunset.
When we came - no one was there and all the seats were folded. He had to run up to the restaurant for menue, and every time the drinks were finished, we had to come up again, to make new order. The young lady, was so frustrated, by the fact that she had to serve our table, she literally never took the empty bottle & a table was a total mess.
Maybe it’s not her job, i understand. But I asked for this part in advance by mail. And this is 5 star hotel and Michelin restaurant, so for a birthday present drink- I was basically serving my friends , and running to order every 10 min.

I also deliberately called a week in advance to book spa. But lady at reception insisted that I write email. 4 days later- turned out , no one uses the email they listed on their website. Whyyy? Would you push your clients to write you emails, when we already reach out for help & pre -booking.

Anyways- disappointing service. It’s not a 5 star experience.
Such a shame

Especially the beach club experience was audacious.

I expressed my thoughts at the reception.
But staff didn’t get any return or tried to fix it somehow. Not even mentioning small simplement or a flower for the fact that it was a special occasion celebration for me, that was ruined

Service, Personal, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit - alles 1+.. vllt noch ein zweites Bad im Familienzimmer wäre wünschenswert

Lovely property; amazing location; disappointing restaurant experience!
Pros:

Fabulous location, our room (lake view suite) was stunning w incredible aspect throughout the day. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to our two dogs, and generally a thoroughly enjoyable stay at a beautiful property.

Cons:

Dinner at the restaurant was a frustrating experience. Whilst a beautiful room and great views over the lake, the enthusiasm and hard work of the junior staff could not compensate for a chaotic overall service experience, made the more disappointing by lack of ownership and engagement with customers by the senior team. The latter’s attention was very obviously focused on two tables of apparent friends / well known customers, at the expense of the wider dining room. A shame. Food was excellent when it eventually reached us!

Ideaal verblijf om in alle rust te ontspannen, te genieten en de batterijen op te laden.
Pros:

Het appartement met ruim terras en prachtig zicht op het meer. Het zwembad met de ligzetels en zicht op het meer. De service van het personeel
