Pros:

The hotel staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as it is close to my destination in the BSD area.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the attitude of the security staff, especially in the parking area. When I returned to the hotel, the security officer was not helpful in assisting me with parking. More importantly, the tone of voice used was impolite and made me feel as though I was just an event guest rather than a hotel guest.
I was instructed to park on the upper level, where there is no direct lift access to the hotel. Meanwhile, guests attending an event were allowed to park in the area with direct lift access. This inconsistency was frustrating, but what disappointed me the most was the security officer's unfriendly and discourteous manner of speaking.

Nice place to stay with great facilities but need to improve the shower drainage system and improve breakfast buffet ser
Pros:

It’s clean and great outdoor terrace, swimming pools and basketball court

Cons:

The shower areas have some drainage issues which can be annoying. The breakfast buffet can run outs of food and drinks very early which is not a good sign for 4 star hotels
