Pros:

Hotel com localização excelente!
Ficamos em um anexo (Suítes Asisium), que fica a poucos metros da recepção e restaurante.

Very pleased.
Pros:

Asisium is in a great spot in town. The breakfast wa solid with several options of a variety of things. Anna was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex, which was 50 meters from the main building but actually worked out great. It was right next to the chapel built for St Francis's birthplace that also had a heck of a view. Shower was nice with good pressure and flow. Clean beds and fresh towels. Great little trattoria, Otello's, below us was very good, locals ate there. Good wine and pizza.

Cons:

I can't really think of a thing. The annex didn't have an elevator but we didn't mind a few stairs at all.

Location and views were amazing.

Cons:

Beds were hard, the double was two mattresses pushed together, which isn’t bad, but there was no mattress pad or other device to keep the mattresses together so there was a pronounced divot in the middle of the bed.

The shower head hadn’t been descaled in a minute, so half the nozzles were blocked with calcium scale.

Delightful

Ottima posizione, Hotel curato, staff gentile
Pros:

ottima posizione nella via principale che conduce alla piazza principale, ho avuto una camera con vista chiesa di Santa Chiara, stanze non grandi ma con tutti i confort, arredamento moderno e funzionale, ottima colazione, staff gentile

Cons:

hotel non adatto a anziani o a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione perché non vi è ascensore, frigo bar in camera un pò rumoroso ma si può staccare

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour découvrir Assise. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner complet.

Cons:

Climatisation contrôlée à distance et bloquée sur 24°! La chambre était très chaude et impossible de faire baisser la température. La climatisation est un de mes critères de choix et cela a été une grosse déception.
Assise compte beaucoup d'escaliers et l'hôtel ne fait pas exception à cette règle. Notre chambre se situait au deuxième étage (et le rez-de-chaussée est déjà quasi un étage plys haut que la rue) d'une annexe se trouvant à une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel principal... Le tout sans ascenseur. Il faut le savoir si vous avez des valises importantes. C'est très physique.
Pas de savon adapté corps et cheveux dans la douche mais le même que pour les mains...

Bad experience with an infestation of spiders and a very basic room

Great location in the very centre of Assisi

Cons:

We had paid for the best category of room yet when we arrived in it we found it to be full of literally thousands of small red spiders crawling everywhere. We complained to reception and instead of offering a change of room they simply used a horribly smelling spray to try and kill them - which worked for about 10 minutes before they all came back again. It made for a sleepless night knowing these creatures could be crawling all over us.

What’s more, because the room was in the roof, it had no views - just high up velux windows and a terrace which was far along a small corridor with a frosted glass door so unless you were out on the terrace you could enjoy no views from the room. The room was also very tatty with large water marks on the ceiling and cobwebs in many corners.

For a 4 star, the offering of cosmetics in the bathroom was pathetically basic. There were no glasses for water - just disposable cups. There were no gowns in the room. Breakfast was very basic. And keep in mind that our one night in this hotel had cost over 300 euros making this a very expensive bad experience, particularly compared with other hotels in the area.
