Toplocatie in wondermooie stad!
Pros:

De locatie is top! In de hoofdstraat van centrum Assisi, een wondermooie stad. Je kan met auto tot voor hotel om uit te laden en dan auto gaan parkeren in overdekte parking op 5 minuten. Dat is gezien de aard van het historische en autoluwe centrum een goede regeling.

Non definitelo un 4 stelle
Pros:

La cosa migliore della struttura è la posizione, vicino alla basilica di Santa Chiara. Abbiamo pernottato una notte con trattamento di mezza pensione. La cena viene servita nell'adiacente osteria del corso, perchè la struttura non dispone di uno spazio proprio. C'è un piccolo ingresso e poi le scale che portano direttamente alle stanze. La cena, di 2 portate a scelta più dolce era molto buona. Peccato che le bevande ai pasti (a partire dall' acqua) non sono incluse nel costo della mezza pensione. Comunque non è un 4 stelle.

Cons:

cuscini terribili e letto scomodo. I muri della stanza presentavano diversi segni neri, probabilmente opera di utenti poco accorti. Pulizia non impeccabile (c'era polvere sulla macchina del the e caffè e anche le sedie e il terrazzino esterno erano molto sporchi). La finestra del bagno era osurata per metà, quindi si rischiava di essere visti dall'esterno. La struttura non dispone di una hall per gli ospiti. La colazione è da migliorare nella qualità dei prodotti.

Smart comfortable hotel in a great central location.
Pros:

Good breakfast buffet although dining area is quite small. Three course evening dinner was very good but too much food so we generally only had two courses. Dinner food was excellent. Service by Chiara was outstanding, she was so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

An A La Carte menu choice would be appreciated rather than a rigid three course dinner.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottimale per visitare a piedi la citta'. Ristrutturazione di antico edificio ben fatta e rispettosa del contesto medievale con sala colazioni/ristorante annessa. Ambienti pulitissimi, colazione molto buona e varia.

Cons:

Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento chiaramente non in citta' ma accessibile solo tramite scale e scala mobile. Sarebbe gradita una convenzione specifica con l'hotel. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano senza ascensore e in fase di prenotazione non era stato specificato.
