Excellent, charming hotel
Pros:

What a charming hotel! The location was excellent, and my room on the top floor had a gorgeous view of one of the churches, plus the balcony had a view of the castle. Nice breakfast, too!

Muy buen hotel y ubicación excelente.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Es muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Nos encantó y seguro volvería. Recomendable!

Quarto e banheiro novo, gostei da cama, só o ar do meu quarto na gelava muito, na tem elevador, não. Me fez falta, café da manhã completo e muito bom, banheiro espaçoso, limpo.

We had a wonderful time in Assisi and thought the hotel and its staff were wonderful.
Pros:

We stayed in the annex in a deluxe room, which was fantastic. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The view from our bedroom window across the valley was superb. We were in the centre of everything we planned to see and visit.
The staff were always pleased to help, especially Anna. As we landed late into Perugia, Anna kept in touch with us several times to establish our ETA so our room key could be made available with the minimum of fuss.
Breakfast was fine, a reasonable choice and something for everyone.

Cons:

I cannot criticise the hotel in anyway. I would observe that the annex does not have a lift, (specified in the hotel description) so be careful what you book. Some people will have difficulty climbing the staircase.
