Todo excelente, instalaciones, el personal muy atento.
Solo como comentario, cerca hace falta o dentro del hotel alguna farmacia o tienda tipo oxxo para si de repente se nos olvido artículos personales o algun medicamento como paracetamol.
The stay was absolutely immaculate, like something straight out of a movie. Every detail was perfect, and the food was unbelievably good. Truly a flawless experience. Would be great for a wedding.
Some assistance with airport transportation, such as a shuttle or call service, would be helpful.

El lugar está increíble, muy top. Todo es excelente, el servicio, la comida, las instalaciones, las amenidades. El spa está padrísimo, súper completo, vale totalmente la experiencia, el único pero que pongo es el nivel de las terapeutas en el spa. Mi masaje no me gustó, fue muy básico, era notorio que la chica no tenía la suficiente experiencia. Y a pesar de que cuentan con unos de los mejores spas que he visitado esto deja un poco mal sabor de boca.
Pero un lugar altamente recomendado.
Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, all clean and well stocked. Great restaurant other than it opens too late for breakfast. Will stay again. Only downside is very limited on English speakers.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.
La verdad es que todo bien, deberían de poner un mapa para la entrada por qué google Maps nos mandó por otro camino
Cuando quisimos usar la alberca había una familia grande jugando con pelota de lado a lado y no nos pudimos meter
Le preguntamos a personal del hotel si lo permitía el reglamento y nos dijo q si y q no podía hacer nada
A nuestra salida dijeron q podíamos haber usado otra alberca y la verdad nos molestó q no nos dijeran esa opción el día anterior
Por eso no disfrutamos tanto nuestra experiencia
Muy recomendable, fue una grata sorpresa el buen servicio y la hacienda. Las camas son súper cómodas y recomiendo mucho el plan para descansar. El precio puede parecer elevado pero ya estás ahí , vale cada peso.
