Definitely coming back!
Pros:

Absolutely everything, from the location, their rooftop and breakfast there, amazing AC in the rooms, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and staff, even awesome breakfast requested at 6:30 delivered to the room.

Cons:

There was nothing, loved everything

Pros:

Ничего. Бежали оттуда быстро.

Cons:

Не было большой вывески, ходили с чемоданами вокруг не могли найти вход, через 10 мин вышел мужчина, от которого сильно пахло потом. Поднялись в номер, штора была сорвана, в емкости кофейной машины был склизкий налет, вода в раковине туалетной комнаты накапливалась и не сливалась. В итоге еще случился момент что нам друзья оплатили другой отель, но выяснилось это после заселения в Джент Том, попросили решить вопрос по оплате (может частичный возврат или еще какие то варианты) с нами так и не связался менеджер, вобщем печально все.

Невероятно шумно каждую ночь, невозможно спать.

Интерьер, дизайн и местоположение прекрасны!

Cons:

Это было ужасно! Рядом с отелем за окнами на расстоянии в 3 метрах был бар, который работал до 4-х часов утра каждый день с очень очень громкой музыкой. Не спасали ни беруши ни наушники. Я не спал каждую ночь! Крайне скромные завтраки, скудный выбор блюд. В номере нет мелочей - стаканов для щетки, бокалов для напитков, салфеток и ванных принадлежностей

Amazing
Pros:

It was one of the best stays I had in Istanbul. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and shops. Everything was clean, the hotel is modern and stylish. The staff at reception is very friendly. Definitely will come back here.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better.
The hotel is located on the busiest street, so it is always lively on the streets outside, which can be a drawback for people who are sensitive to noise. I, personally, did not really notice the noise during the night even though we stayed over the weekend.

Good location, mediocre services.
Pros:

The location was very good, directly on the Istiklal Avenue. The retro design of the rooms was also nice.

Cons:

The walls in the rooms need a fresh paint. The noise from the surrounding area (bars, restaurants) was unbearable even with closed windows to the balcony. The cleaning lady didn't change all towels and didn't restock the bathroom supplies (shower gel, shampoo, soap). The breakfast was very dissatisfying (not many things to choose from). The hotel personnel needs to speak better English!
