Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, the order, and the ease of transport.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the service from one of the bar/restaurant workers who seemed annoyed from the moment I sat down and asked for the menu; I even asked her for a drink before I left.And when it came time to pay, he literally threw the card reader on his workstation, while he served other people politely without throwing anything away.

24/7 Rezeption,wir konnten ohne Probleme morgens um 4 Uhr auschecken.

Beste Option für Übernachtung in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Super freundlicher Service: in unserer Dusche war der Schlauch kaputt. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten nach Anruf war das Problem gelöst.
Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung.
Direkt an der S-Bahn zum Flughafen und trotzdem leise.
Sehr sauber. Es gibt auch neben der Lobby sehr saubere Toiletten. Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Für eine Nacht vor einem Flug vom BER okay, mehr leider nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel sieht von außen ansprecht aus und liegt perfekt direkt am S-Bahnhof Grünbergallee. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig, modern und in einem guten Zustand.

Cons:

Die Umgebung lädt nicht zum Rausgehen ein, in mitten Plattenbau und eher schmuddelig. Ich war mit einem kleinen Hund dort. Kein Café oder Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Hotelflur auf der Etage war mit einem abgenutzten und schmuddeligen Teppich ausgelegt.Die S-Bahn ist, durch die (schallisolierten) Fenster deutlich zu hören. Personal war wenig freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ordentliches Hotel für kürzere Aufenthalte
Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksbüfett. Gleich vor der Tür befindet sich die S-Bahnstation Grünbergallee, hinter dieser wiederum ein Supermarkt.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist etwas abgelegen.
