Pros:

Mir hat besonders gut das schöne und geräumige Bad gefallen. Dann war ich positiv überrüber den großen TV an der Wand. Am Frühstücksbuffet wird man gut satt. S-Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Room was comfortable and hotel was relatively near airport. Some front desk staff needs training.

Relatively near to the airport.

Cons:

The guy who checked me in didn’t know anything. I was asking about restaurant hours and public transport. It was either ‘I don’t know, you go ask them’ or ‘take this notice, it will explain’.
Luckily the guy the next morning was good. I asked again about public transport and he actually checked online for updates.

Great location but mind the price and the 7,5% extra taxes !!
Pros:

Idéal location just in front of U Bahn
Great and friendly staff

Cons:

Price was overrated and on the top of it a 7,5% City Tax was applied !!

Der Aufenthalt war wie erwartet gut und so wie die Jahre zuvor.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hat alles, was man für ein paar Übernachtungen braucht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und hat gut geschmeckt. Gleich am Hotel befindet sich S-Bahn Station "Grünbergallee", von der man sehr gut Flughafen erreichen kann. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte von unserem Abflug verbracht und einen Tag haben wir einfach genutzt um kurz durch Berlin spazieren. Vom Hotel nach Stadtmitte braucht man 40 bis 50 min mit Umsteigen.

Das Beste in der Gegend.
Pros:

Komfortables und modernes Hotel, nur wenige Meter von der S-Bahn entfernt, ideal vor einem frühen Morgenflug.

Cons:

Ich musste an der Rezeption lange warten und habe eine Situation erlebt, in der nur ein Mitarbeiter am Empfang war, während zwei andere im Hintergrund miteinander sprachen. Das war ärgerlich. Als ich einchecken wollte, hat sich der Gast vor mir über die lange Wartezeit beim Herausgeben des Wechselgelds geärgert und es schließlich nicht einmal angenommen, so verärgert war er. Als ich an der Reihe war, wirkte der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, offenbar noch von der Reaktion des vorherigen Gastes überrascht, sehr gereizt und war mir gegenüber ziemlich schroff, ohne auf mein „Guten Tag“ zu reagieren. Absolut unprofessionell, auch wenn das glücklicherweise nicht das gesamte Hotelpersonal widerspiegelt.

Amazing if you need a place to stay near Berlin’s airport.
Pros:

It’s very conveniently located right in front of an S-Bahn station, close to the airport. I had an overnight layover in Berlin and this hotel was perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast started 6 am, which was relatively early, but due to me having an international airport it was tight. Had it started 5:30, it would’ve been perfect.

Praktisch gelegen, aber maximal eine Nacht

Es war gut gelegen für eine Übernachtung vor einem Flug

Cons:

Die Flure waren schlimm: verdreckter Teppich, völlig abgewohnte Wände. Das Zimmer war nur leidlich sauber, der Vorhang vor dem Fenster hatte deutlich sichtbare, dunkle Flecken. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Auch im Zimmer waren die Wände verschmutzt und insgesamt machte es einen verwohnten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war eher mau.
