Pros:

The breakfast. Plenty of choice

Cons:

Tony loft room. Couldn't open a window. Right next to Lime Street Station so a lot of noise. Lots of noise from other rooms. Could hear people laughing, talking etc. only 1 pillow each. I asked for another one but they said they were at full capacity and didn't have any spare.

Convenient location for rail travellers.
Pros:

Location, pleasant staff.

Cons:

Expensive for the facilities provided.
Only one pillow for each bed. We had to use the clean towel as extra pillow, before using the towel the next day.
Breakfast not worth the money.

Great location and super comfortable hotel
Pros:

Stayed many times. Very convenient location. Great value and always clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast is always really busy and there’s often not enough tables for guests. There’s plenty other options on the doorstep so not a huge problem but glad we didn’t book B&B

Excellent stay and would definitely return on our next Liverpool trip.
Pros:

Excellent Breakfast, choice and quality. Superb room. Simone Ciannella could not have been more helpful, he's a star.

Cons:

We had our evening meal in the restaurant and my wife found her chicken dish to be quite dry, my steak though was superb.
