Location is great for what we needed, the staff were very welcoming.
The room had been cleaned but the wardrobe doors had only been cleaned 3/4 of the way up?? The top sheet on the bed had what looked like tea dripped on it and there was no body wash in the dispenser, there was a random clothes label on the floor, despite these minor issues it showed that the cleaning may have been a little rushed and most likely not to the standard that the hotel would have liked.
Staff super friendly, great vibe , got a room upgrade , such a quirky hotel , would recommend and visit again
Breakfast ok , plates not clean
Breakfast was only ok.
No wardrobe except small open space with a few coat hangers and not one single drawer in the room. All our clothes apart from some coats were left in our suitcases. This would be fine for an overnight stay but very poor for 4 night stay.
The bar area was almost non existent, which consisted of a couple of tables and a few chairs.
Only had one drink there during our stay which was on the first night, however Liverpool has many great pubs to choose from.
