Nice enough.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable although we had to request more pillows, staff interactions were generally good although somewhat limited due to automated check in and check out procedure. Location is great with easy access to transport and the city and beyond. Lots of period features are retained within this old building which is always nice to see.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but ingredients maybe not the best, breakfast was more expensive than alternative cafes and local eateries. I had an incident where I cut my finger on a piece of broken glass on a bench in the restaurant at breakfast, restaurant staff apologised and provided sterilised wipes and plasters which was good, we brought this to the attention of the reception staff who said they would mention it to supervisor, we received no follow up at all, not so good.

The hotel itself was lovely. A little more communication with staff would be nice.
Pros:

The hotel was very central. There was very little-communication with staff. I emailed the hotel because of our arrival and our key was ready on arrival which was fine for us . everything was paid online. I asked in the bar for Sunday menu and it was very basic and not for us so we went elsewhere but it may be fine for other travellers. The hotel in general was very clean .Over-all we enjoyed.

Cons:

The Sunday menu

Pros:

Solo el lobby

Cons:

La habitación era bastante fea. El baño incómodo. El personal para nada amable. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Y no era nada barato

Bom, mas ...
Pros:

Excelente localizaçao. Quarto confortável, apesar de pequeno. Foi fornecido um berço adequado.
Pequeno-almoço muito bom, num espaço muito agradável.

Cons:
