Comfort, location, amenities, it was all there!!
La localisation en ville devant le port et la vue magnifique, le lit confortable avec des oreillers en nombre plus que suffisant, la chambre était très bien insonorisée.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est en dessous de ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre d’un un hôtel de ce standing.

Da das Team sehr jung ist hatte man ab und an den Eindruck, dass sie überforderten sind. Aber durch ihre Freundlichkeit ist das nicht besonders ins Gewicht gefallen

Our room’s air conditioning was not working when we arrived. As a result, we had to spend our first night in a smaller room with two single beds, which was far from ideal.
Before our stay, we had even emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, making the experience even more disappointing.
After several unsuccessful attempts to repair the air conditioning on the second day, we were finally moved to another room. However, this room was smaller and did not have the same view as the one we had originally booked.
What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. At no point did a manager or member of the staff offer a sincere apology for the inconvenience, nor were we offered any form of compensation or goodwill gesture despite the significant disruption to our stay.
I expected a much higher level of service from a hotel of this caliber.
