Pros:

The location is excellent, situated in a safe area within a charming village full of restaurants and a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free daily beach towel service with fresh towel replacements every day, the available parking, and the beautiful colonial-style room décor. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's resident cats were absolutely lovely and added a special touch to the experience.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The pool area feels quite outdated, particularly the jacuzzi, and would benefit from renovation and modernization. Breakfast is served at a nearby sister hotel rather than on-site, which was somewhat inconvenient, and unfortunately the staff there were not particularly friendly. We also noticed that toiletries such as body lotion were only provided once and were not replenished during our stay.

The bed arrangement was not ideal, as it consisted of two twin mattresses joined together with a mattress topper. The sheets did not fit properly and frequently came loose, creating an uncomfortable gap in the middle of the bed. Finally, there was a noticeable musty smell inside the wardrobes; placing deodorizers or air fresheners inside would significantly improve the guest experience.

Maravilhosa. Voltaria mil vezes
Pros:

Localização perfeita, bem no centrinho, perto de tudo. Além disso o hotel é muito aconchegante, limpinho, cheiroso. Café da manhã ótimo, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Fomos inclusive recebidos pelo Miguel, que foi muito gentil e ainda fala português

Local relaxante e acolhedor.
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo. Muito silencioso, apesar de ficar dentro de uma área cultural renovada com muitos restaurantes e lojas próximos. O quarto era bastante confortável, com um banheiro amplo e todos os dias estava muito limpo e com um perfume ótimo. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade, mas como os restaurantes costumam fechar cedo, a melhor opção são os restaurantes no entorno. Os drinks do Derrel na piscina são excelentes e o atendimento das recepcioninstas é muito cordial, sempre com um sorriso.

Cons:

Uma pena eles não terem café da manhã dentro do próprio hotel, mas o local não era longe e o café muito bem servido.

Curação com charme e relax!
Pros:

A localização é excepcional em Otrobanda bem próximo à ponte que liga a Punda. Charmosíssimo hotel SPA num complexo/ vilaje charmoso onde estão os melhores bares, restaurantes, museu e sorveteria. Tudo lindo e prático.
Mas o melhor de tudo foi conhecer o MIGUEL, gerente do hotel que fala mais de 6 idiomas, dentre eles o português. Super simpático, deu ótimas dicas preciosas, fez reserva nos restaurantes e sempre com muita boa vontade e alegria!

Cons:

Nada. Gostamos de tudo.

Pros:

The property is centrally located in the Kura Hulanda village, close to many nice restaurants and a few upscale stores. It’s walkable to everything in Otrabanda and easily across the bridge into Punda. The central pool and bar area was great, always shaded and calm. Rooms were fantastic, really well decorated with antique pieces and the bathrooms were huge. The staff (Miguel, Maya, Darryl, Charlotte and all others) were super helpful and friendly and kept everything in order. And there were two (though we only saw one) adorable cats on the grounds! Overall I highly recommend for anyone looking to be well located in a very comfortable environment with no kids.

Cons:

My only two cautions would be that the room we stayed in overlooked a very popular courtyard of restaurants and it was loud quite late into the night. And the stairs leading to that room might need a refresh.
