الموقع حلو و الفندق نظيف
Pros:

موقعه حلو و الفندق نظيف و الموظف السوري احمد محترم جدا و خدوم و اكابر و الجو بارد في عز الصيف في هذه المنطقه

Cons:

لا يوجد مكيف و تضطر لفتح باب البلكونه و تدخل الحشرات عليك و الفطور لمدة اسبوع و هو نفس الاكل

We hadden een dubbele kamer met balkon en mooi uitzicht

Cons:

Direct bij binnenkomst overviel ons een kille ongezelllige sfeer, donker, geen muziek, geen vrolijkheid. Het lijkt of het personeel er gedeprimeerd rondoopt en deed ook geen enkele moeite om het comfortabel te maken, een lach of vriendelijkheid was nergens te bekennen. Het brood bij het ontbijt was oud en bovendien was er heel weinig keus. In de omgeving is niks te doen qua wandelen o.i.d. Als je om info vraagt dan weet men van niks.
Dit hotel is geörienteerd op het midden-oosten en niet geschikt voor westerse mensen die andere eisen stellen aan hun vakantie.
Wij zijn eerder vertrokken dan gepland en hebben e.e.a. uitgelegd aan de manager, hopelijk verbetert het.
Hou je van vrolijkheid, gezelligheid en een goed ontbijt....rij dan in een vaart dit hotel voorbij.

Pros:

The view from the hotel is phenomenal, also the staff were super nice.

Cons:

I booked a suite for the Jaccuzzi, but it didn't work,
There was a bad sewage smell from the bathroom and the hot water wasn't the best.
