موقع الفندق خيالي لمحبي الهدوء والطبيعة في اعلي جبال اراكلي ويطل على النهر والبحيرة

ملاحظة الفندق بعيد عن طربزون ولايوجد بالجبل اي فعاليات
الي يبحث عن تسوّق وكفيها لايوجد اقرب مكان ساعه ونصف طربزون
استمتعت بالتجربة وان شاءالله اكررها
الفطور جدا متواضع واذا خلص اي صنف مايتعوض هذا ماحدث معي لما سلت النادل قال خلاص
الغرف جدا كبيرة وهذا فندق للاستجمام ولا يوجد كنبات للجلوس فقط كرسي مكتب
اتمنا وضع كنبات للجلوس داخل الغرفة
الوان الانارة كلها ابيض باهت اتمنا يكون فيه الوان الاصفر

The hotel is located between the mountains in a calm and good location far from the city and crowds.
The staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed every moment there.
I hope they offer different breakfast options, not the same menu every day.

Ik vind het goede hotel met verindeijk personalen.
Het ontbijt genoeg goed.
Als lunch en diner bestelling zijn maken graag.zijn Gasten vrij.
De locatie is erg mooi langs de rivier.
s'nacht hoor jij de geluid van waterval als van het balkon.
Wij hebben langs de weg wandeling gemaakt tot met waterval ik vind het prachtig de waterval en de bergen van omgeving zijn zo mooi.
Als van het hotel uit en naar rechts kant van het weg lopen na 15 tor 20 minuten lopen komt langs de weg een klein winkeltje jij kan koekjes en snacks kopen.
Als wil geld wisselen de personal van hotel doet het voor jouw.
In het hotel zijn hebben een lieve hond en een lieve kat.
Als naar buiten lopen de hond wil graag mee hij laat jouw niet alleen zo als een beveilig.
Ik vind zo goed en lief van hem.
Elke keer langs de weg als auto komt de hond beveiligd jouw hij gaat naar de auto en blaffen als jij hem waarschuwing dan hij gaat niet naar de auto.
Op dat moment dat hij gaat naar de auto en blaffen ik wordt het beetje eng dat hij niet onder de auto komt maar hij is porficnal ahaha wordt het niks gebeurt.
Ik was met mijn familie daar geweest voor 3 nachten ik vind 2 of 3 nachten is genoeg bij dat locatie.
Ik denk niks.
The hotel it self very nice and comfortable located in the middle of the mountains a riverside, staff 3 of them arabic Mr Ahmed and Mohamed and hamza they were like a family to us, Mr Husni the manager very professional and humble person overall pleasant experience, Resturant and food 9/10 very good food, diverse breakfast and reasonable prices. Rooms spacious and clean.
Location is beautiful and magical, the view from my room was exceptional high green mountains and beautiful river, however the hotel located far a way from almost all interesting sites minimum 1 and half hours of uncomfortable bumpy mountains rounds, if you don't have a car you will struggle alot with motion sickness, alot of money for transportations if you ranted a car the road will change to a vocation and fun. Also I would like to mention that I called the cleaners twice in 5 days they only cleared the washroom room and arranging bed in my suite they didn't touch anything else tables, couches, other surfaces "maybe their policy not to arrange anything belong to consumers"
كل شي كان ممتاز جدا ورائع
كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز لاستقبال الضيوف، والخدمة فوق الرائعة من جميع الموظفين الذين كانوا متعاونين ولطيفين طوال الوقت وبالأخص المدير والاخ احمد وزميله في الاستقبال وكذالك جميع الموظفين وطاقم المطعم الموقع مميز والهدوء في الفندق ساعدني على الاسترخاء. الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ ويعكس اهتمام الفندق بالتفاصيل. بشكل عام أنصح به بشدة وسأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى بإذن الله.

Very bad unproffesionalstaf tried to cheat us by changing our resevation preferrence ,i booked a room with 3 single beds but although i had confirmation messge , they tried to push to have 2 rooms,, i left the hotel without staying a minute
