¡Excelente! Un verdadero lujo.
La propiedad es espectacular y cada detalle está cuidado al máximo. El rooftop es increíble, y en general todas las propuestas del hotel están a la altura de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal: todos fueron extremadamente amables, atentos y predispuestos durante toda nuestra estadía.
En nuestro caso, incluso nos fueron a buscar a Termini y, al momento de partir, pusieron a nuestra disposición un taxi para trasladarnos al aeropuerto, a cargo del hotel. Además, nos gestionaron un late check-out para que pudiéramos organizar nuestra salida con mayor comodidad, y todo sin ningún costo adicional.
Son esos detalles los que realmente marcan la diferencia. Fue un verdadero placer sentirse tan bien tratado y cuidado durante toda la estadía.
Sin dudas, una experiencia excelente y un hotel al que volveríamos encantados.

Todo, la cama las almohadas las sabanas, el desayuno, el servicio impecable, hacia mucho calor te dejaban agua permanentemente, El concierge te ayudaba con lo que necesitaras en fin todo espectacular lo super recomiendo y la ubicación cerca de todo!!

From the very beginning, I would strongly advise guests not to rely on the prices shown on Booking.com for this hotel, as the rates are extremely overpriced compared with the actual quality of the stay and service.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and there were constant disturbing noises that made it extremely difficult to rest or sleep properly. For a hotel that presents itself at this level — and charges such high prices — the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately, I can genuinely say that this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced in my life. The experience was absolutely not worth the amount of money paid.
The style of this hotel is beautiful, and the staff are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed my stay
The only downside was the limited variety of food options on the Bivium restaurant menu. I would have appreciated having more choices available.
Location, design, atmosphere, international jet set, gym and Spa are top notch
