Very disappointed all around with our Anniversary stay!Will not return or recommend!

Mantinance guy worked as fast as he could to try to help us.

Cons:

We checked in went to our room to drop off our stuff.Went to the lounge to eat and have a drink as we were there for our Anniversary. Bartender was good Flat breads were ok nothing special drinks were cold.We went back to our room and couldn't get in the lock was not working.They had to change us from our balcony suite to a different room no balcony. We had to wait for them to open the other room which he had to tske the lock apart,so we could retrieve our belongings .Needless to say our whole night was ruined by this! Breakfast tasted microwaved scrambled eggs had no taste sausage was cold we were some of the first couple of people there.English muffin was hard ended up throwing it all away and eating a bowl of cereal and my husband had a waffle.Orange Juice tasted bad! Do better

Pros:

Proximity to Cruise port. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Location on an extremely busy corner made walking to shopping and dining difficult.

Got It Right
Pros:

OK these guys got it right first b-fast area SPOTLESS and spread out I never felt crowded like others. Food was replenished regularly and area cleaned.. Rooms where great our had kitchenette clean, bathroom great, clean roomy. Beds comfortable and quiet. Downstairs lobby clean pool wonderful and not noisy. and location is walking distance to gift shops. They have cruise ship parking on site and well lit. I would do this one again in a heart beat.

Overall the stay was extremely positive and above what we were expecting.
Pros:

I loved how close it is located to the cruise terminal and how fresh and airy the room and atmosphere felt in this hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like how early breakfast closes after I booked our stay with breakfast included and it ended at 9am.

Good stay after a day at Cape Canaveral. Quick ride to the beach ( beautiful but cold water end of March). East to get to
