Pros:

We love the location of the hotel. It was less than 2min walk from the station. 30min from the venue for Making of Harry Potter. We love the breakfast which the hotel served. Warm japanese food. Love to be waken up with the warm soup they served. The breakfast menu were different for both morning we have had. The staff are friendly and able to answer my questions. We communicated via their translator machine without fuss. Opposite the hotel is Olympic supermarket. It is a big supermarket where they sell large range of local snacks, bentos and freshly baked breads and many more.

Cons:

The room is small like other hotel rooms in Japan.
