Location was great , the alcohol in the lobby was a plus !
Pros:

The staff were friendly and so welcoming. The location was great . 4-5 minutes to everything. Food nearly everywhere. The room was super clean . Hallways and ac in the room ice cold. What an amazing stay .

Cons:

Everyone was amazing .

Pros:

At reception everyone is lovely. It is all clean, nice size rooms and soundproof.
Amenities are great and it is amazing to sit and have an icecream when ever u feel like it. Location location location! It is fantastic if you want to stay at Shibuya and with access to everything around you.
We will be coming back for sure.

Staff were excellent.
Pros:

All you can drink and ice cream. Everything is walking distance. You walk into the main tourist areas. Just about less than 5 min walk. Train station are less than 5 min walk. There is a coin laundry less than 6 min away. You can transfer your luggage’s from a 711 near by. Restaurant s around the cover. Perfect location.

Cons:

Everything was beautiful and clean

Definitely an option for our return to Japan!
Pros:

The location was excellent, the local restaurant and facilities locally were great. The reception area offered free drinks, ice creams and Beauty products which was a great idea.

Cons:

Ideally, two pillows each in the room would’ve been better.

3 night stay, Couple.
Pros:

Very convenient Location.
Clean.
Very Friendly staff
Free drinks, ice cream and skin care amenities a bonus.

Cons:

Bathroom has a strange set up but ok.
Vehicles cannot access road easily, but a short walk to main Rd.
Outside hotel at night, lots of youngsters partying, can get congested, but fairly safe.
Not as clean on streets, compared to other precinctsIt is a discreet love hotel...discreet.

Great hotel, central location, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Pros:

I loved the freebies (champagne, wine, face packs and even some spirits) all in reception for guests to enjoy. The central location in Shibuya made getting round Tokyo very easy. Staff were lovely and most spoke a little English, although I used google translate which worked out fine. Be prepared - the reception looks like an explosion in a crystal factory (see photo).

Cons:

I wish the hotel TV had one channel in English - maybe BBC World News or something. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Efficient hotel close to Shibuya station, small rooms by Western standards but we made it work.
Pros:

Location is close to Shibuya Station and the scramble area with plenty of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions close by. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I don’t speak Japanese but they appreciated me using a few Japanese phrases to show gratitude and appreciation.

Cons:

I did not know this ahead of time, but this hotel, as well as others in the area, are considered, “love hotels.” Not that there is anything inherently wrong with that, but the rooms are available for rent by the hour, and walking back late at night I was offered a, “happy massage,” which I politely declined.

Great spot to be if you love the action!
