Simply amazing from start to finish, highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Hotel smart cruise is the best location to stay pre cruise. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Great communication from Thomas the manager. This hotel also provides transfer from the airport to hotel & port to airport following the cruise which was seamless with reassuring communication from the driver re his arrival time and location. The hotel also provides tea/coffee and pastries at the reception free of charge. I would highly recommend Hotel Smart Cruise and look forward to staying there again the next time we cruise from Rome. Thanks Thomas and your lovely staff…..Úna….Ireland

A clean, modern, and convenient hotel with excellent service and a great contactless experience.
Pros:

What I liked most about Hotel Smart Cruise was that it was clean, modern, and in a great location. I also appreciated the technology-based check-in and room access, which made it easy to come and go without having to interact with staff if you preferred a contactless experience. At the same time, whenever I needed assistance, I could simply send a text message, and the staff responded quickly and were always friendly and helpful. It was a great combination of convenience, privacy, and excellent customer service.

Fabulous short stay accommodation
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our stay before cruising. Spotlessly clean and every room facility you need.

Cons:

A continental breakfast would have been nice but space is at a premium in the reception areas. To be fair the hotel team do make coffee available in reception and small pastries.

Great place to stay before and after your cruise.
Pros:

Thomas was very professional and communicated well. Transportation was excellent. The AC was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. We would come back in the future.

Cons:

Our room door would not completely lock.

A very short stay but extremely enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel appears newly refurbished. It is so very convenient to the port entrance.

Cons:

One very small issue was the QR code entry to the hotel not working but the intercom button worked immediately it was pressed and a staff member allowed access. The same QR code worked easily to open our room door.

We were very pleased with our experience at this hotel. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable! Thomas,the manager, was very helpful and responsive when I messaged him. He arranged transportation for us from the airport in Rome. The hotel is also conveniently located right by the cruise terminal. I would definitely recommend!!
