I’m disabled and on very expensive medications and when I checked out I forgot to take one of them out of the refrigerator. I tipped the housekeeper $10 and left, then in about an hour later I called the hotel to let them know I left it. I spoke with Hector and he went to go check and he called me back and said the room was clean and there was nothing in there fridge. He tried to convince I misplaced and told me his employees would never throw away something left in the fridge. I told him then one of us is lying because I just had the medicine FedEx the day before and took one dose and put it in the fridge. It was in the fridge in the morning and when I left. Horrible customer service!!!
This was one of the hotels selected by the bride and groom for a family wedding we were attending at Magnolia Manor, Vero Beach. Ours and other family members chose this one based upon the rate and location, and we were pleased with our choice. It’s near a freeway but not noisy. Nothing scenic nearby, but Publix for groceries and Vero Beach were worth driving to.
The 2 Queen beds room was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. I liked the curtain that we could use to separate the sleep area from the sofa TV/kitchen area. The full size fridge, microwave, counter and sink were useful to us. Our room had everything we needed.
With a basic breakfast included, we could each find something to eat in the morning before we headed out for our beach days. There was a long table outside by the pool area where we could eat our dinner together. We also enjoyed the fire pit at the front for an evening outside. Overall we had a nice stay here.
Clean, nice staff and a great location for us near family.
Breakfast is a bit lacking and hard to get at with the tongs they provide from the containers they use.

I would have liked a bigger selection of breakfast foods.
I would say this a new hotel. Everything looked fresh and new.

Guy gave us toothpaste. It was a fun time went to the gym.
The rooms were nice and clean.
The staff was very friendly. Our room was ready early, so we were happy about that. The bathroom was nice and clean. I wish that there was an exhaust fan. They are very pet friendly. They even have water by the entrance for pets.
So glad to be back where you get greeted by lots of smiles and kindness, we drove for 16 hours to get here and it was like 2 am and miss Nancy made us feel like we are back at our home.
In the morning got greeted by hector with such a sweet welcome back home feelings.

We were welcomed at Home2Suites with smiles and that remained the vibe during our stay. The room was a good size with an efficiency kitchen and sitting area. It was clean and there was adequate water pressure in the bath. A laundry facility helped us as we were on the road for a few weeks. We wished for a more homecooked/fresh breakfast rather than packaged but there were cereal choices and you could make waffles or bagels so I can't complain. (The eggs, meat and potatoes clearly packaged.)Although we did not have the chance to use it, we loved the look of the firepit/sitting area out front. We would stay again!
Our entire group had a great stay at this Home2. We enjoyed the accommodation and attentive staff. Hector was very helpful and friendly.
Room was spotless, plenty of towels I. The bathroom and all of the kitchen supplies were clean- no crumbs in the drawers, ready for an evening of work and dinner in. The beds were crisp and fresh, and the front desk staff seemed genuinely happy to be greeting everyone at check in.
We stayed at this hotel as a preferred hotel of USA Softball. The booking was through the organization. Home 2 Suites Vero Beach never sent any confirmation or email. The morning of check in I called to make sure we even had a room. After leaving I asked for Folio since one had not been emailed. The man at the front desk reluctantly provided one. A month later I get my credit card bill and there is a $35 fee. I call for explanation and was told it was for a soiled towel. I asked for photo proof and was told it would be emailed to me and it never was. I stay at hotels at least once a month and have never been charged this.
Very disappointed. This was my second time staying at this location and will have to return to Vero again at some point this year. I booked my room and once I got to the location on Friday I asked if I can get a late checkout on Sunday being that I was playing in a tournament and I would be back to my room just before 12 and would like to shower before making my 3 hour drive back home. Saturday came and I asked again and was told to check Sunday morning. Sunday came I asked at 7am if I can have a late checkout and was told no because they had hit their max. If they hit their max they should’ve just told me on Friday. I left a previous review here and it was a glowing review. But this is the second time that I have to go through this. With the Fairfield Marriott next door and comfort inn I’m going to look into staying there. As a Hilton rewards member I don’t expect to be treated above anyone else but all I needed was an extra hour just so I can shower for 5/10 minutes and be on my way. Other than that it is a nice place. Breakfast is ok. Rooms nice. Bed is ok. But me returning is highly unlikely.
