Pros:

Newer facility in peaceful area. Easy and convenient location. Room was nice, furniture was comfortable and TV was easy to use. Elevators moved quickly.

Cons:

The facilities were neat and clean when we arrived but there was not enough help when breakfast was served in the morning. No one was available to empty overflowing garbage containers, bring dirty dishes back to the kitchen or wipe down dirty tables. The kitchen attendent was doing all she could to keep food in the serving area and could not keep up or clean the eating area if that was also her responsibility.
I also dislike the extra fee for parking, not telling us this at check in is misleading and having a separate company collect the parking fee is a poor attempt to hide the additional charge.

Nice hotel but they feel compelled to charge for parking.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport and MOA. The truly disappointing thing is you have to pay for parking, I was not aware of that when we booked the stay or I would have picked a different hotel. Makes no sense why they have to charge for parking pure greed on their part. For that reason alone I will not stay at this hotel ever again. To many other hotels to choose from in the area that do not charge for parking with same room quality and hotel features.

Cons:

Parking fee. I've stayed at hotels closer to mall without parking fees. It was unexpected.

An excellent stay at the Hyatt House, MOA!
Pros:

The Hyatt House in Bloomington, MN is among the best Hyatts that I've stayed at! It's a fairly new hotel, so it's still in excellent condition. The beds are higher than most Hyatts, the pillows are firm and not flat, and the rooms are very comfortable. The parking situation can be a little difficult. It MUST be done on your phone, with many questions and codes, that sometimes don't connect. The breakfast has many excellent options, but keeping the food warm can be challenging. Overall, a very well run and established Hyatt in the Twin Cities.

If you don't mind planes taking off constantly
Pros:

Hotel is perfectly fine. It's a bit of walk to the mall. They have done absolutely nothing to insulate the rooms from the chronic sound of planes taking off. In the middle of the night it's quite startling. It's not a discount hotel and really should be better constructed. It's startling how low the planes are while going gover...

Great option for early flights.
Pros:

The Hyatt House is a great option to get close to the airport for an early morning flight and to have a place to park your vehicle. The shuttle was extremely convenient and timely. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety. We will park and stay here again in the future.

Will definitely come back again!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We were here for 2 or 3 nights. I can't remember for sure which. Appreciated the kitchen, the separate bedroom, the hide-a-bed in the living room, the proximity to both the mall and the airport, and the awesome shuttle service! Everything was very clean! Oh, the free breakfast was great as well!
