Right in the centre, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff
Odd maintenance issues, but nothing that spoiled the stay
Me gustó mucho. Tiene buena ubicación, a 10min andando de la playa, tiene muchos restaurantes en la zona, al estar en una zona céntrica llena de restaurantes hay ruido pero ha de decir que no lo sentía casi, ni me molesto y eso q te dan tapones para el q sea más delicado al ruido .La limpieza súper bien la verdad, estaba muy limpio, el desayuno aunque es un solo menú es muy completo, tenía de todo. En la recepción eran muy maja las chicas, súper simpáticas y me atendieron muy bien. Sin duda si vuelvo a cascais me quedaré en este hotel. No duden en quedarse acá

Óptima localização no centro de Cascais e a poucos minutos a pé da praia. Lugar perfeito para visitar Cascais a pé, rodeado de restaurantes e lojas. Dá tanto para descansar como para explorar Cascais e os arredores. A funcionária Beatriz foi muito profissional, sempre disponível e foi uma grande ajuda na comunicação. Foi muito bom poder deixar as malas depois do check-out.
Quarto um pouco pequeno mas compreensível dado que é uma zona histórica.
Die Lage ist wirklich top - direkt im Geschehen und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.
Leider gab es jedoch ein Problem mit dem Brausekopf, der während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht funktionierte. Trotz täglicher Reklamation wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Duschen war somit nicht möglich - stattdessen blieb nur Baden und das Waschen der langen Haare unter dem Wasserhahn der Badewanne. So wurde der Start in den Tag unfreiwillig zur kleinen „Badewannen-Yoga-Session“

Room and toilet are big, terrase great also.
Since it was a suite where I stayed i was expecting to find a frigo with drinks or snacks (extra cost ofc) and the most important one is that the handshower is sooo big that is too heavy and not confortable.
The location is the best
Very central location. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
The staff at reception were wonderful, made us feel very welcome and answered every question in detail...The city itself is a hidden gem, the hotel was steps from the water...it felt more like a 4-star hotel. The views in Cascais are amazing and the people all friendly. The restaurant hosts tried flagging us down but didn't ask more than once and were all so polite. My wife and I will be returning to this charming Portuguese wonder and staying at this very hotel.
Not the property's fault, but we had a room by the street and people partied till the wee hours, forget about getting to sleep right away unless you had a nice amount of port wine. However, the staff once again made it better by telling us that next time we should let them know and they'll give us an upgrade to the quieter side of the hotel...again exceeding expectations.
One of the staff members was lovely.
The whole experience wasn't great at all. The pictures online were not like the room is currently. I believe that things haven't been maintained well, we had broken furniture, broken fittings in the bathroom, things were completely missing from what was promised in the ad for the hotel, things were dirty. In addition to this, we ran into issues with our car parking space and luggage, we were told there was a lift to make the hauling of luggage easy, yet that wasn't working so we had to use the stairs, and weren't given any directions on exiting the building and almost got lost going down what looked like an abandoned stairwell, and to say that was dodgy is an understatement. And lastly, the noise levels were super loud, we were given earplugs, but that didn't help, and nowhere on the site did it mention anything about noise levels.
