A special treat
Pros:

Amazing accommodations. Balcony onsen such a treat. Fantastic buffet with options for everyone. My Japanese husband even tried foods he had never eaten before. I appreciated the gym with 4 power plates and massage chairs. Highly recommend!!!

This was the nicest hotel we've stayed at in Japan. Just wonderful. Would love to come back again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice! The view and ambiance was fantastic. The service was excellent. The beverages and food choices were good.

Cons:

Pros:

部屋の変更をメールで依頼した時に、適切な対応(モリタさん女性)が対応して頂き、妻の障害を伝えると、障害者用のシャワーチェアーと床の滑り止めの気配りを頂きセッティングをしてくれたことには、感謝しか有りません。

また、朝食ビッフェに障害のある妻のサポートをして頂いた事にも感謝申し上げます。

Cons:

ヨーロッパから帰国したばかりで、時差の関係で疲れていた時に、チェックイン時に時間が掛かり、大変に辛かった。

Dieses Hotel in Atami gehört für mich zu einem der besten Hotels die ich jemals gesehen habe. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Service, modern, ruhig, bequeme, sauber,top Ausstattung. Hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter. Sehr,sehr gutes Essen. Frühstück vom feinsten. Die Zimmer ein Traum. Mit eigenem Onsen auf dem Balkon. Sechs Sterne + würde ich diesem Hotel geben. Hier möchte man garnicht mehr weg fahren.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, amazing views!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The main train station and the main market are within walking distance which makes the hotel very convenient. The view from the room was wonderful. It is a great place to enjoy the ocean, sit on the beach or relax on the balcony in a warm bath. At check-in, we were welcomed by very friendly staff. They offered us delicious tea and a small sweet. The whole check-in process felt special and different from a normal hotel check-in. It created a very good first impression. I would definitely like to return to this hotel when I have the opportunity in the future.

Cons:

First, the internet was very slow. I needed to stay in contact with my clients but the weak internet connection made it difficult to have proper video calls. For a hotel of this level, a stable and fast internet connection is very important. Second, we received a voucher because we decided not to request room cleaning. We were told that we could use this voucher in the hotel restaurant. However, the restaurant was fully booked for many days, so we could not use the voucher at all. This was a small issue, but it was still disappointing.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a great location, beautiful views and very kind staff. I would be happy to stay here again, but I hope the hotel can improve the internet quality and make the voucher system easier for guests to use.

Great hotel
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing.
The room was huge with the private hot tub facing the sea.
Hotel staff was very helpful and kind.
Massage therapists were excellent.
Hotel restaurants are recommended as well.

Pros:

服務很好，空間非常乾淨、動線寬敞，房間備品非常齊全。室外拖鞋也相當乾淨。位置方便，門口有公車到熱海車站，過馬路有海灘可以散步，可以從四樓停車場到後方街邊店吃飯，不需要繞著山路走。
