I love the staff at the Spa! There was a young lady there who was so attentive.

Cons:

Not enough restaurant and dinner options on site. Very limited.

De service in dit hotel is geweldig. Bij binnenkomst word je gelijk geholpen en krijg je een drankje aangeboden en wat lekkers. De kamer was fantastisch en alles was aanwezig. 3 soorten slippers, een hotelpak, pyama's, gezichtsset, tandenborstels, drankjes. De sportfacaliteiten zijn erg mooi. Onze favoriet was de golf. Het ontbijt heerlijk en ontzettend veel keus. Ook fijn dat vervoer van en naar het station wordt geregeld. In de lounge kun je ook nog een drankje drinken en een snack eten. En natuurlijl niet te vergeten de prive onsen.

Cons:

Volgens de omschrijving had onze kamer mountaon view, maar we keken voornamelijk op gebouwen en de ramen waren afgeplakt.

Cons:

Service at Kanji was incredibly slow. And the hotel bar didn’t even have a bartender. Staffing may be a problem.

Pros:

The service is top notch, staff attentiveness begins the moment you arrive—they seated us in the lobby and gave us a cold matcha and wagashi while they prepared our room keys—waiting was made relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing really, the facilities are new, clean. They have a gym, with free yoga classes, 5-star spa services, and the breakfast is so wonderful and elegantly prepared. We were able to enjoy a slow morning, a slow and restful evening. Truly relaxing place. Cost is higher than other modern ryokans, but you get what you pay for.
