少し価格は張るけど、駅近で便利
Pros:

チュンムロ駅6番出口（階段）から出てすぐです。大きな荷物があるときは5番出口の方ならエスカレーターがあるのでそこから出たらいいと思います。タクシーもホテルの前に呼びやすかったです。
1人での滞在でしたがアップグレードしてくださいました。お部屋はとても綺麗でNetflixやYouTubeが見れます。3泊して、タオルの交換だけで十分でしたが毎日お掃除に入ってお水もアメニティも補充してくださいました。

Cons:

寝巻き？ガウン？が洗濯しまくってる感じでクタクタというかなんというか、見ればわかると思います。ヒモはぐねんぐねんで丈も短くて使いませんでした。気にならない人は気にならないと思います。
受付のスタッフはこれまで泊まってきたホテルと比べて無愛想だなと感じました。可もなく不可もありません。チェックインのとき、チェックアウトのとき、それぞれ違う男性スタッフでどちらもそう感じました。
お風呂はシャワーカーテンの意味をあんまりなしてないです。初日は失敗してお風呂のマットをびっちょびちょにしてしまいました。気をつけたら濡れずに済みます。でもお風呂場の換気がすごいパワーなので割とすぐ乾きます。
どれもそれを理由にもう利用しないとはならない程度です。

The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making for a very pleasant stay.

While the breakfast buffet is adequate, it offers a limited variety and does not fully reflect the richness of the Korean cuisine. The restaurant is also located in the basement, which makes the dining atmosphere feel less inviting.

Tired. No customers service at all.
Pros:

Nothing, worse hotel i ever stayed in, customer service totally 0. The staff were not friendly at all especially front desk. All so rigid no early check in need to wait till 3pm.

Cons:

Everything , location was not good, everywhere u go u need to change line, tiring. Walk to myeongdong is very far, u need to take a train very waste of money even tho is just one stop. Not happy with my stay, will nvr come back.

每天都要安排打掃
打掃算挺乾淨的
地點也不錯

辦理住宿人員竟然告訴我沒有這筆訂單
我明明就在booking完成預訂也扣款了
人員ㄧ直查不到 還ㄧ直問我名字
我護照也給人員看了
接待我的人員也沒跟我借手機
就直接拿了我桌上的手機查
感覺很不禮貌
最後才發現找到有這筆訂單
原來是拼音拼法的問題
明明英文是可以拼的出來我的名字
為何可以搞的這麼久
我上次去釜山也都沒有這個問題
然後很不喜歡check in那位接待人員
感覺不被尊重
退房的那位人員態度就很棒

Pros:

The hotel located in central area and can walk to Myondong. The stuff are so nice and were fluent in Japanese and English.

Cons:

It’s not because of them but I couldn’t sleep at all because the noise from the upper as the wall is not that thick

立地が最高
Pros:

立地がとにかく良い。駅からすぐで部屋もとても広いという訳ではないが清潔でコンパクトにまとまっていて使いやすかった。お風呂もバスタブが深くちゃんと入れた。トイレもウォシュレット付きで使いやすかった。

Very well connected
Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient to walk to Myeong-dong or take the underground to other areas. Rooms are spacious and clean. Getting to the airport is also easy as the shuttle stops just round the corner.

Cons:

Breakfast seemed rather limited and served in a very small area. We opted for eating outside.
