It’s was excellent the admin team doesn’t understand customer service
Pros:

The entire property is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that staff is so young and dynamic. They are super dedicated to make sure they walk in as tired beaten customer and goes back as a happy reoccurring client.

Cons:

They need to send some out of email or calls so people don’t face difficulties to find the property. We struggled as the hotel doesn’t have traditional entrance. Also I wasn’t informed fully that the rain coats and soft toy is not something you can take home even though it was kept in my room. They had the audacity to call me to inform we will charge some absurd amount of money even though I offered I will send it soon as get back to London they turned my offer down and said management doesn’t agree with this. Otherwise no other complaints I was charged and forced to keep items worth £350 for no reason.

מלון מקסים מוקפד נקי ויקר מאד

מלון מהמם באזור שקט אך יש שירותים כמו מסעדות וסופרמרקט. החדר מוקפד נקי ונראה כי חשבו על כל דבר. חגגנו יום נישואין וקיבלנו תשורה יפה ופתק מרגש. הבריכה מהממת והשירות בכל המלון ברמה גבוהה.

ארוחת הבוקר דלה, אין מבחר.
כל השירותים במלון ספא ואוכל יקרים בצורה מחרידה.
קנינו אוכל ורק ביקשנו חימום ואמרו לנו שיבדקו כמה יעלה החימום, זה השאיר לנו טעם רע למרות שבסוף לא חייבו. זו היתה סיטואציה לא נעימה ולא מכבדת. ביקשנו חימום דקה במיקרוגל ועל זה רצו לחייב כסף כאשר שילמנו מחיר מאד גבוה לשהייה, נתן הרגשה שרוצים רק את כספו של הלקוח לפני השירות והחוויה.

We had a great time at the six, we would love to come back again soon
Pros:

There was personal and extraordinary service, we loved the attention to detail, whether it was at breakfast or in the spa facilities, it was simply excellent. My father had a birthday and the reception staff were very nice to give us some good snacks and wine

Cons:

The place is of a very high standard and the price accordingly. I would expect the extra prices at the spa, bar and restaurants to be a little more reasonable.

Cons:

My wife was sick and the hotel did not make any effort to make our stay a delightful stay.
We were asked to pay for brackfest in the room as my wife could not dine out.
We asked for late check out as we had night flight back home. They told us that they can only grant us untill 1400 and we were asked to pay extra.
Such an hotel, and such poor service.
They only care recieving extra money
