很適合懂網路資訊且不想跟人有接觸的旅客的訂房，價格跟設備算可以搭的上，在西雅圖算是中等住宿品質，整體感覺不錯。
Pros:

在西雅圖平均房價不低的前提下，這個住房提供不錯的性價比：離市區在多10分鐘路程，可以省20%左右的房價，房間內提供簡易廚房及公共洗衣設備，週圍有許多在地特色的餐廳與咖啡廳，能充分體驗當地生活。

Cons:

想要無人管理但不夠仔細，例如利用booking.com的訊息功能進行房客住房前身分認證，卻完全沒發覺重要的網址資訊完全被遮蔽。旅客若為國際觀光客並不容易有美國手機，以我為例email會是最一致的聯絡方式，但kasa旅客認證用booking message，反應時間常超過十分鐘，回答內容也很機器人，沒想到退房是用手機簡訊，幸好用了美國親戚的手機號碼，不然我應該無法完成退房。總而言之，kasa整個無人管理系統的流程不夠縝密，若不熟悉英文或各種系統操作的旅客，可能在check-in遭遇各種問題，省成本不能省掉關鍵服務。

Convenient, functional apartment with kitchen.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook some healthy meals, had a kettle which we love as we are tea drinkers, great bathroom and love the access to the gymnasium. Very easy to enter the apartment, even though there is no concierge. Communication via sms and email is perfect, and they were very responsive.

Cons:

Nothing - loved it and I will be back.

Cons:

The check-in is so difficult they send you a automatic message without a link or link excluded. You need to talk with them every time you book because the link doesn’t work I’ve been imagine old person who needs to check in on this property. The technology not always helps.

The room itself was very clean and near the downtown and restaurants.
Pros:

The property was perfect.

Cons:

The Fire drill / Fire alarm was so annoying. It started from 08:00 and I was planning to sleep until 10:00 but wasn't able to do so. I also just thought 16:00 is too late for a check in but it was my friend who booked it for us.

Clean and convenient we will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location! 15 minute straight shot walk to Pike Place market or walk the other direction for numerous restaurants, shops and bars literally right next door. Any time I reached out to staff for help or guidance they responded immediately and were very kind. No issues at all with the room or the facilities. Great view and loved the big windows in the room as well.

Trop compliqué et trop bruyant.
Pros:

Un studio quasi neuf bien placé.

Cons:

Enregistrement beaucoup trop complexe qui n'a pas fonctionné, il a fallu téléphoner en anglais pour finir par avoir des codes.

Extrêmement bruyant au pied d'une autoroute à 10 voies avec un vitrage étonnamment peu efficace contre le bruit.

Il existe une cuisine équipée mais bizarrement là aussi pas de table ni de chaise pour manger, étrange concept à améliorer.

Even though staff were accessible through text messaging, none of the issues were addressed.

A strong smell of mold or mildew inside the bathroom. We couldn’t access to the rooftop because the elevator was broken. One of the elevator’s handrails was broken. We were forced to check out half an hour earlier because of a fire alarm inside the building.
