Pros:

Расположение отличное, в центре, магазины рядом, выезд из города тоже близко. До пляжей можно прогуляться пешком.

Cons:

Начну с того, что в городе Каш мы не в первые. Апартаменты не соответствовали тем, что на фото, на фото было все красиво, мило, стояли цветочки. По факту, стены обшарпанные, никаких цветов в горшках там не было ( ну да и ладно), окна пыльные, полы не супер чистые, под кроватью так вообще можно раскопки вести, постельное белье дырявое. Чтобы убрались, нужно несколько раз попросить, мебель уставшая и в пятнах, когда мы заехали, на диване не было подушек, было пятно, продавленный пуфик о который при неудачном приземлении можно удариться. Окно из спальни микроскопическое и выходит на стену соседнего здания буквально вплотную. Чтобы постирать вещи, нужно миллион раз попросить.
Я понимаю все, но, эти чудесные отзывы и рейтинги максимально противоречатр всему что мы видели(хотя мы ребята простые и не придирчивые совершенно, но даже у нас припекло) . Вероятно другие апарты в этом комплексе лучше, но нам ничего не поменяли, так как все было занято.
Душ вообще чудно спроектирован, я не великан, но ободрала себе все руки об полку когда мылась, поддона в душевой нет, и все просто льется на пол, под унитаз, вода везде. Печально. Больше не вернемся в эти апарты.

Ok to stay for a couple of nights to sleep and leave
Pros:

It is 3 minutes walk to the old town which is the best thing about the hotel.

Cons:

Sheets and towels were old, bedroom was dark with a very small window. Small kitchen and sitting room. It is ok if you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel.

Pros:

C est à deux pas du marché et à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Ultra pratique. Tres grand balcon super pour le petit déjeuner. Vue sur toute la baie....

Cons:

...et vue aussi sur la station essence.
RIEN dans la cuisine, pas de four ni de micro-onde, à peine une vieille plaque. Pas de bols, d huile ou le minimum pour préparer quoi que ce soit
Pas de machine à café, congélateur en panne (pas de glaçons) et quand j ai réclamé on m'a rétorqué que je n avais qu'à amener ma propre machine à café, débrancher le frigo, utiliser le séchoir pour décongeler plus vite...et rebrancher.
Étagères qui tiennent à peine au.mur, rideaux et fauteuils sales, draps et rideaux déchirés, balaie pourri....
Salle d'eau minuscule sans aération
Bref, à la moitié du prix payé j aurai été d accord, mais là NON.

Бірақ қызмет көрсету сапасы өте жақсы. Шабодандарымызды тасып, көлікке салысып, бөлмеге апарып берді. Біз 4 адам болып жанұяммен тоқтағанбыз, алайда нөмірде 3 ғана көпшік болды.

If you are staying for a day or two, this hotel is fine. But not for longer. The location is good, in the city center. The price is a little more expensive, maybe because of it located in the city center. It seemed a little out of proportion to the price. I asked the guy at the reception for an iron, but he forgot to bring it. We couldn't find anyone at the reception after 6 pm. But the service was very good. They took our suitcases, put them in the car and took them to the room. We were 4 people with my family, but there were only 3 pillows in the room.

У отеля великолепное расположение. Провели здесь неделю и чувствовали себя как дома.
Pros:

На мой взгляд самая лучшая и удобная локация в городе.
Внутри есть всё необходимое для приготовления и комфортного приема пищи. Отличная спальня и приятная атмосфера.
Особый шарм- котики, которые иногда заглядывали в гости через окна!
Сервис здесь очень ненавязчивый, никто не беспокоит, что для нас было огромным плюсом.

апартаменты были очень комфортными и оснащены всем необходимым. также отдельно отмечу очень удачное расположение - буквально все рядом - автовокзал, магазины, набережная, до пляжа Инджебогаз идти минут 20. чисто, кровать удобная, есть посуда для приготовления еды. в апартаментах нет стиральной машины, но можно бесплатно воспользоваться общей на 3 этаже. соседей не было слышно

Cons:

ежедневно в 5 утра очень громкие звуки из мечети, расположенной поблизости, невозможно не проснуться

Апартаменты очень удобные для туристов таких как мы.
Pros:

Отличная локация и очень приятный персонал. В нашем случае была просторная комната и удобно было работать за ноутбуком. Когда мы бронировали апартаменты, опасались брать из-за заправки под окнами, но в реальности она выглядит презентабельно и не сильно мешает жить.

Cons:

Все время пребывания был стойкий резкий канализационный запах в санузле. Такое часто бывает в отелях, но здесь он был прямо сильный. Когда выезжали, владелец сказал, что впервые слышит о нем и пообещал разобраться. Надеюсь, что проблему решат.

Расположение, удобства, номера с хорошим видом, и главное чисто. Есть все техники, холодильник, газ плита , посуды👍🏻 в некоторых номерах даже имеется стиральная машина. Комнаты простооные, 2 комнаты👍🏻

Good value and central location
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was central. It was well equipped and very good value

Локация! В двух шагах кафе, набережная , магазины продуктовые на любой вкус. Персонал 🔥! Очень добрый , отзывчивый молодой человек на ресепшен ! Короче советую!
