Muy limpio, el desayuno estupendo y la cama comodísima

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado en la habitación y hacía calor, no disponen de neverita en la habitación, la presión de la ducha no era mucha.

Pros:

Most of the staff were amazing people and trying to be as helpful as possible. The location is great, it's very close to Russell Square Tube station. Some weird choices of the bathroom amenities (see lower) but over all nice place to stay with excellent breakfast.

Cons:

I was surprised that no mini bar/mini fridge was at the room. The same goes for the AC, at least there was a fan prepared. The hair dryer was for some reason in the sleeping area instead of in the bathroom. No toilet brush in the bathroom was quite strange as well. The view from the room was little bit off putting.

The staff were lovely. Great location. Very comfortable bed and great value. What's not to like.

Cons:

Very hot weather so air con would have been a bonus. But there was a fan.
