Pros:

the stuff was amazing very helpful and so nice
Everything in the room was excellent and very clean the only thing I didn’t like that no room service in the night

Amazing stay
Pros:

The staff especially the Concierge and front dest went above and beyond to make a difficult situation where my wife had to go to hospital so much easier. Without their help it would have been more stressful. When in Istambul again next year we will return to this fine Hotel. Thank you everyone.
