Отвратительный номер. Не соответствие цена /качество.
Pros:

Только ландшафтный дизайн.
Полный мини-бар.

Cons:

Просто кошмар. Соотношение цена/качество не соответствует. Добираться на такси через какие-то гаражи. На рецепшн забыли отдать мне паспорт при заселении и провели оплату округлив сумму в большую для объекта размещения сторону. Номер убитый, плохо убран, душ возможно не мыли никогда, также как и туалет. В зоне рецепшн стоит кулер с одним стаканом, из которого скорое всего пьют все. Я эту цену можно сделать минималистичный ЧИСТЫЙ нормер, без протекающей раковины и с чистым без ржавчины туалетом. Худшее место, в котором я была в Ереване. Я очень надеюсь, что такой номер у вас только ОДИН и случайно достался мне.

Wielkość pokoju , są to część sypialna osobno i salonik też jest osobno . Śniadania wystarczające jak dla nas , kilka rodzajów wędliny i serów , kilka dań na ciepło . Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna . Dania z karty w dobrych cenach i smaczne .

Miejsce godne polecenia.
Pros:

Wszystko było super, extra personel, pokoje i basen. Śniadanie też było znakomite. Spokojna lokalizacja, trochę daleko od centrum ale przystanek jest obok hotelu i tanie taksówki rekompensują to.

Pros:

Нам было очень хорошо в этом месте. Снимали два номера для большой семьи, номера просто огромные. Соотношение цена/качество 10 из 10. Есть чем заняться бильярд, снукер, пинг понг, тренажерный зал, бассейн. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Поесть в ресторане можно круглосуточно. Надеюсь приедем ещё в это гостеприимное место!

Я обещал поставить 10, потому что нам обещали завтраки, которые не входили, для улучшения их рейтинга, но завтраков мы не увидели, поэтому свое обещание не выполняю, ставлю 7, хотя хотелось и меньше. Понравились большие номера, бронировали два отдельных, но нам предложили один с двумя спальнями и общей гостиной, в каждой спальне душ и туалет. Выбрали его, чтобы не ходить из номера в номер. Цена была первостепенным фактором, т.к.в Ереване дешевое такси и ездить в четвером было существенно дешевле чем брать два маленьких номера в центре города. Завтраки нормальные, вполне можно выбрать и уйти сытым.

Cons:

Персонал! Ленивые вруны. Обещают одно, делают другое, так нас прокатили с завтраком перед ранней поездкой на экскурсию. В номерах не убираются и не приносят воду или туалетную бумагу сами, оказывается все надо просить, но про это тоже забыли сказать. Кровати так себе. Раковина течет. А вообще это гостиница с банями и закрытыми парковками-гаражами, мы так поняли туда приезжают развлекаться парами или группами, поэтому по ночам могут быть громкие стоны и музыка, так что окно не открыть.. В общем это гостиница не для туристов, а для утех и развлечений.

Pros:

The only good thing was that the hotel 3riple room was very big. They allow pet and anna in the reception was nice and she spoke good in English.

Cons:

Nothing was fun, very boring hotel with a boring environment like a ghost town nobody exist and you are in the middle of nowhere.
The location was very far from center that most of the time taxies would cancel our request in taxi apps, the building was so old no elevator rooms had keys instead of cards.
Very dirty I could see the yellow line of old dirt inside the toilet like they are not familiar with bleach every corner of the room was dust they did not even clean the tables next to bed. For a 80$ a night I expected the minimum standards which didnt exist.
The breakfast was not self service and it contained mostly boiled egg and very cheap sousage and jambon. They gave each of us 4 eggs everyday 2 boiled and 2 fried eggs :) along with other stuff of course, but none was appealing.
All in all with the same price you can find a way better room in hotels or apartments and thats why the hotel was empty and had totally 2 or 3 guest because people can understand the quality and wont choose here. The amount you pay doesnt worth this place.

Super Service. Ruhige Lage. Große Zimmer. Sauberkeit. Wellness.
Besonderer Dank an Anna.
Sehr kompetente Managerin.
Aber auch alle anderen machen sehr guten Job.
Küche hervorragend. Schneller Service von Essen und Trinken aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Straße zum Hotel. Hier muss die Stadt noch ran. Hotel ist unschuldig. Aber man fährt meistens mit Taxifahrer und die meistern die Straße sehr gut.

Nice and warm
Pros:

The property is in a good location and the room is very spacious. The staff were amazing especially Anna. Even when Anna wasn’t physically present at the hotel she still communicated with us and made sure we got whatever we needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel Yerevan for 8 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, which really set the tone for the entire stay.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job , ensuring everything was clean and organized. The hotel facilities were also great—everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the service and the spacious rooms. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Anna, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She is fluent in English, having spent a long time in the United States, which made communication very easy for us. She went above and beyond to assist us, always with a warm and friendly attitude, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

The location was calm, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. Whether it was the comfort, cleanliness, or the exceptional service, everything was fantastic.
