Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location with clean, quiet rooms.
The room was really very small and surely much smaller than the typical pictures shown on the internet, the bedroom had no additional window. Especially the bed was too short with a length of approx. 185 cm and placed between 2 walls. In fact too short for me, so I had to sleep diagonal in the bed. It was ok for one night and traveling alone, but I would not choose it for a longer stay.

Cost for such a small basement room.
This was a great discovery... a small hotel right off Bishopsgate in The City with a perfect location. Facility is modern, completely renovated and very well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. For those doing short stays in The City of needing easy access to the Elizabeth Line via Liverpool St Station, this is perfect
As a value hotel, you need to realize that rooms and baths are small. You get what you pay for. The room was certainly adequate for a couple.
The hotel is in a great location and rooms are well laid out to maximise space. Love that the hotel has a lift and fridges in the rooms are a bonus. The rooms are a tiny bit small but fine for us as we only tend to use the room as a stopover if we go to a West End show. Room size is reflected fairly in the price though so we would definitely consider another stay.
Reason for 4 star rating is that we had a leaky shower (Room 205) meaning water was going under the tiles in front of the toilet & then water would squidge out when you trod on those tiles. We did report it to staff as it's one of those things you would only notice straight after showering so wouldn't necessarily be picked up by housekeeping.
The location was fantastic. Also right by the Liverpool Train Station giving access to other opportunities. Numerous food options nearby, all of which were affordable.
There was little room to move in the room. It was fine for me as I was traveling alone. But if I was with another person, it would have been more challenging.
