Staff was amazing, always ready to help and rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional.These support the idea that the hotel has a strong reception staff(Ahmet and his colleague (who worked at night) were exceptional).
Breakfast is good and varied, with fresh items daily-it was tasty and enough to start the day.Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable,air conditioning works well, which is important in Antalya.
We selected Leman Beach as it is the closest easily accessible beach offering shallow waters.

A nice place to stay in Antalya
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peramis Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were lovely – modern, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of local specialties and enough variety from day to day to keep things interesting. We also appreciated the opportunity to relax at the spa, as well as the convenient free transfer to a beautiful beach, which was a fantastic bonus!
Overall, it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return someday

Cons:

We originally booked the Apartment with Balcony – Annex, as we were travelling with family and wanted to stay together. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I really cannot recommend this accommodation.
The apartment itself was quite spacious and clean at first glance, with a balcony and TV. The Annex is about a five-minute walk from the main hotel building, where breakfast, the pool, and spa are located. This is slightly inconvenient, but something we could have easily accepted.
What disappointed us initially was how completely unequipped the apartment was. I understand that extras such as salt, sugar or cooking oil are optional, but there wasn't even a sponge, dishwashing liquid or paper towels. These are small things, of course, but arriving with a family after a long journey to such an empty apartment felt surprisingly unwelcoming.
However, the real concern was the black mold-like staining in the bathroom. The grout between the floor tiles in the shower area was covered in what appeared to be black mold, and it looked absolutely awful. This made us feel very uncomfortable about staying there, especially with children.
When we showed the pictures to the hotel staff, we were initially told that it was simply the color of the grout. I found this explanation difficult to believe. I sincerely hope the hotel management will take this issue seriously and properly inspect and renovate the bathroom so that future guests can feel comfortable and safe. What truly saved our experience was the wonderful hotel staff. Despite our disappointment with the apartment, the team was exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful. They listened to our concerns and offered us two rooms in the main hotel building instead. This was an incredibly thoughtful solution and completely transformed our stay into a fantastic experience! I would especially like to highlight that our criticism is directed at the condition and equipment of the annex apartment, not at the hotel staff.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! A delicious breakfast was served every morning, and juices, tea, and coffee were available throughout the day at no extra charge.

The hotel also offers a Turkish bath, a gym, and a small swimming pool. The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The location is great for beach lovers, with Lara Beach just a 5–10 minute walk away. The hotel also provides free vouchers for Amoor Beach, where guests can enjoy complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, which is a fantastic bonus! Beach towels are also provided by the hotel and can be exchanged for fresh ones every day at the spa.

Although the hotel is located outside Antalya's city centre, getting around by public bus is very easy and convenient.

This was my first solo holiday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was the noise. The room doors close automatically and quite forcefully if guests don't hold them, creating a very loud banging sound. Unfortunately, some guests weren't particularly considerate, so I was woken up several times by doors slamming.

Also, because the hotel is relatively close to the airport, you can occasionally hear planes flying overhead.

Neither of these is really the hotel's fault, but if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

Apart from that, I have absolutely no complaints!

Pros:

Хороший завтрак: вкусный и достаточно разнообразный.
Приветливый персонал: говорят на русском/английском, помогали со всеми вопросами.
Расположение: близко к аэропорту, рядом есть магазин, аренда авто, обмен валют, кафе и пляж всего в 7 минутах пешком.
Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров с улицы: не было слышно постоянно взлетающих самолётов, хотя голоса со стороны коридора слышны хорошо.

Cons:

Прилетели в город рано утром, в отеле заселение стандартное после 14, но нам обещали, что к 13:30 номер будет готов. Приехали в 14, но нас ещё не могли заселить. В итоге пришлось ждать ещё минут 40, пока номер подготовят. Было крайне неприятно, т.к. был тяжёлый ночной перелет и мы специально интересовались, можно ли заселиться раньше.
В один день лампочка в ванной перегорела и из-за этого выбило пробки в номере. Мы остались полностью без электричества. К счастью, персонал достаточно быстро все починил.

Pros:

El recepcionista Ahmed fue muy atento, nos ayudo con los equipaje, recomendaciones de tours, y a pesar que su colega olvidó incluir la cuna, nos ayudó en conseguir una por la noche. También ofrecían traslados y recojo gratuitos a la playa eso fue excelente. La playa esta a 5 min en auto. Y el local de la playa ofrece acceso a las tumbonas y sombrilla sin pagar extra. Tambien el hotel tiene muy buena preferencia con el local de la playa, te dan 10% de descuento en comidas.

Cons:

La playa es muy bonita, agua cristalina de piedras suaves redondeadas, pero el local de la playa no es muy limpio. Había perros sucios/enfermos que se acercaban a ti cuando comías. Si bien el local es socio del hotel, deberían asegurarse de "sanar" la enfermedad de piel de sus perros. El local de la playa hace trato con muchos hoteles, así que eso no es un problema propio del hotel. Pero si recomendaría que lo conversen.

Very very goood
Pros:

We loved our stay at Peramis Hotel! Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary soup served every evening was such a thoughtful touch.

Everyone was kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our time here so enjoyable. We would happily return!
