It was a lovely spacious family room with two bathrooms (bonus). Great stop over on our travels.
Pros:

The kitchen was closed, even though we were told what time breakfast was served!!

communication that there wasn't a breakfast option available

Great location for visiting Loch Lomond
Pros:

The location was great, perfect for what we needed it for. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

In the accessible room (where my nan was staying) there was no shelving space to put things. I get that the bathroom needs to be accessible however a shelf in there would be good. It has the smallest sink so nowhere to put anything.

Great looking hotel in a great location
Pros:

There has clearly been a recent renovation and the place looks fantastic, the bar and restaurant look great and we enjoyed having a drink there not long after arrival. The location was ideal and close by anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and although they weren’t serving food at night in the restaurant the barman called a local restaurant and booked a table for us.

Cons:

Fire Alarm went off in the morning, which thankfully was just as we were leaving but had I been in bed would have been very frustrating. But these things can’t be helped I suppose

Glad we booked !!
Pros:

Location!! Beautiful.

Cons:

Sadly we had noisy neighbours in the room above which affected our sleep. But a quick call to the night Porter and they were told to keep it down.
