Entregan sólo lo mínimo y con muy poco más tu estancia podría ser muchísimo mejor

La ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra de la plaza y el acceso es fácil. La habitación a primera vista es bonita y la mayor parte del personal es amable y de buen trato.

Cons:

Tenías que abonar dinero cada vez que querías usar el secador de pelo y habían pocos disponibles. Tuvimos que pedir un par de colgadores de ropa y que limpiaran el dispensador del jabón en la ducha que estaba muy sucio, pero no lo hicieron.
El baño tenía una llave que no funcionaba bien, no entregaban bajada de ducha, por lo que al ducharse el baño quedaba todo mojado.

Sehr schöne neu renovierte Unterkunft. Perfekte Lage im Zentrum und wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Vulkane und Stadt. Sehr nettes Personal.

Pros:

Die Dachterrasse ist schön und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Das Bett war bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte sehr viel Schimmel an den Wänden und bereits beim Betreten des Raums bemerkte man den stechenden Schimmelgeruch. Das Bad hatte Haare von vorherigen Bewohnern am Boden.
