Stunning hotel in an amazing location!
Pros:

The location was breathtaking and the hotel was very good. Nice rooms, very clean with good facilities.

Cons:

Grumpy waiters, we had a lovely meal at the side of the lake (stunning) with a fantastic bottle of wine, they have an excellent selection. Unfortunately though the wait staff were as miserable as sin and we felt them to be quite condescending, maybe it's because we weren't wearing Armani. They were so miserable that we didn't eat there again, which wasn't a problem as there are several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Die Wahl des Hotels war reiner Zufall und Kosten waren gar nicht erst Thema....
Wir haben die Entscheidung in keiner Weise bereut.
Das Haus mit langer Geschichte in bester Lage am Ende der Seepromenade ist gut zu erreichen.
Die Garage am Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, wer will kann auch kostenfrei ca. 500m entfernt parken.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr einladend gestaltet und das Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Design vom Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick war etwas sehr besonderes.
Sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen gibt es auf verschiedenen Ebeben. Den Pool haben wir nur von oben bewundert.
Ein Angebot der verschiedenen Ausflüge mit dem zum Hotel gehörenden Boot haben wir genutzt.
Es war eine sehr entspannte Fahrt mit vielen Eindrücken.
Sehr einladend waren auch die Möglichkeiten am Seeufer für den ein oder anderen Drink.
Hier nochmals vielen Dank für den super Service.
Wir hatten einige schöne Wanderungen oberhalb von Cannero, waren mit dem Linienschiff unterwegs und sind immer noch von den vielen kleinen Gassen und geschichtsträchtigen Gebäuden begeistert.

Cons:

Ein dickes Minus geht an die öffentlichen Institutionen.... Wie kann es sein, daß jeden Morgen pünktlich zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr irgendwelche PS starken Fahrzeuge der Umgebung den Schlaf rauben dürfen....
Wir haben am See gewohnt...., undenkbar wenn das Zimmer näher an der Hauptstraße gelegen hätte.
Diese Erkenntnis war mehr als außergewöhnlich.

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Zahlreiche Apero Bars und eine Gelateria direkt vor dem Hotel. Man fühlt sich wie in einem kleinen Dorf. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und familiär. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit seitlichem Blick auf den See. Extrem kleiner Balkon und eine karge Einrichtung
