Housekeeping, I called them at 11:50 pm to ask for bottols of water they promise withen 10 min but I waited for 1 hour after 3 calls they brought the water😲

Facilities were good ,

Cons:

Rules for swimming pool was like to wear swimming costume, i didnt like it as i dont like to wear bikini or shorts so as my husband as he doesnt wear shorts. Once in a while we come to enjoy staycation and this rule was exaggerated, as the water was only at the chest level and we were wearing nylon like cloth suitable for pool. This made us disappointed as some guests who already were present there complained about our costume. We were also guests who paid money and booked the hotel. And we came out of the pool as we did not want to make issue.
Treat all guests as same.

تقريبا لا يعجبني بالنسبة الى السعر الافطار محدود ولا يوجد خدمة والعصير والقهوه دائما يخلص ولا يعمل اعادة تعبئه والاصناف محدوده والشقة مستواها عادي جدا جدا بالنسبه الى السعر والدخول جدا بطى ولا يوجد الا موظف واحد فقط
السرير جدا جدا جدا سيئ وكسر ظهري
والتكيف خربان وتم ارسال الصيانه
وبركة السباحه ليست نطيفه ولا يوجد فوط ولا ماء شرب ويوجد موظف واحد فقط لايستطيع خدمة عدد كبير

An amazing stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding cleanliness.
Pros:

The accommodation was excellent, with very clean and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall property was beautiful and welcoming. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
