WONDERFUL STAY IN AN IDEAL SPOT
Pros:

Location was perfect, breakfast wast plentyful and full of choice. The team in the hotel were friendly and attentive, like they wanted you to be there. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Nothing to criticise on. We loved our stay

Pros:

Great location, close to Old Tbilisi, many other attractions and nice restaurants.
Awesome decor.
Very friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Our room was quite dark during the day (no natural sunlight), facing the small back alley. But on the upside, since we were there during the national holiday celebrations, we appreciated that there was no noise since we weren't facing the main road. The room and bathroom is also quite small, but if you're just staying there to sleep it's totally fine.

Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Un hotel muy agradable, pequeño, de estilo urbano, con una situación perfecta en la ciudad, en una calle animada dentro de un área peatonal, con proximidad a restaurantes y terrazas. Mi habitación estaba en la planta tercera, con ventanas a la calle y no se sentía ningún ruido. Desayuno correcto y con posibilidad de ordenar algún plato a la cocina. Lo volvería a elegir.

Cons:

No es una queja, más bien una sugerencia para la dirección del hotel. Quizás sería bueno adelantar el horario de inicio del desayuno en 15 o 30 minutos. Eso permitiría disfrutar del desayuno de forma más relajada y poder acudir con más tranquilidad a los distintos puntos de la ciudad desde los que se inician visitas por el país.

Great stay in an excelent hotel with wonderful location.
Pros:

The room was very nice and confortable. The girls from the front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is excelent. Breakfast also very good and complete.

Cons:

Everything was great . The only thing I missed was hair conditioner…

Overall loved the hotel, staff, location, food and help were superb.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lots of options. I’d prefer more cereals which aren’t so sweet. Overall no complaints.

Cons:

The chairs in the restaurant were atrocious. Didn’t like the thumping disco which happened on my last night. It went on until midnight. It seemed to be stupid, considering the clientele the hotel appears to have and the ambience the hotel seems to want to create.
